In order to evaluate the potential ecological risks of nearshore area of Fujian Province,four surveys on water quality,marine sediments and marine biological quality at 20 monitoring sites were carried out during the neap-spring tide in the autumn of 2010 and the spring of 2012.Diversity index(H′),uniformity(J′),abundance(d) and dominance(Y) were measured.The results showed that the background values of heavy metals in the waters were generally low,but eutrophication was obvious.Eutrophication in the autumn was more severe than in the spring.The indices of inorganic nitrogen and active phosphate at all monitoring sites in autumn exceeded the quality standard for sea water.The average primary productivity of the sea area in the spring was877.3 mgC·m~(-2)·d~(-1),which was higher than that in the autumn(26.60 mgC·m~(-2)·d~(-1)).In the research area,there were 4 phyla,97 species of phytoplankton in the sea water in spring.The composition of dominant species was diversified.The average diversity index H' in the two seasons was 3.28 and 1.52,respectively.The average abundance d was 0.87 and 0.41,respectively.The community structure of phytoplankton in the spring was unstable,and the marine environment in the autumn was more suitable for the growth of a variety of phytoplankton.
