摘要
20世纪90年代后期以来,随着南非的政治民主化进程的发展、新自由主义经济政策实施和社会结构分化,南非出现了各种各样的社会运动:反对新自由主义政策的"反私有化论坛"、以身份认同为基础的"治疗行动运动"和"无地人民运动"以及具有地区特性的"德班公民论坛"。这些社会运动具有话题上、制度形式上以及战略上的多元化,要求人权政治等一系列特点。
One distinctive feature of the South African case is that the globalization process was simultaneously accompanied by a political transition from apartheid to a democratic order.The effect of this coupling of economic globalization with democratic transition has aggravated the socioeconomic,environmental,sexual and inter-regional contradiction.Coupled with can not pay the expensive services fee which hijacked by the international companies,South African emerges various forms of social movements:The Anti-Privation and it's the biggest affiliated institution—The Soweto Electricity Crisis Committee,The identities organizations—The Treatment Action Campaign and The Landless People's Movement,and the regional organization-Durban's Concerned Citizens Forum.All of this social movements which formed from the 1990 s characterizes diversity in topics,in stitutional forms and tactics,their requirement not only restricted to service delivery,but also emphasize on democratic right relationship,involvement,voilence and anti-corruption.
