空间飞轮用轴承组件的振动谐波响应分析

摘要
空间轴承组件是飞轮等空间机电产品的核心部件之一,具有轻载、高旋转精度、长寿命等特点,使其振动特性具有特殊性,了解其振动特性对提高整机性能具有重要意义。首先基于降速过程中的振动测试数据得到轴承组件的三维瀑布图,获得了与转速相关的谐波频率成分。然后结合理论公式分析了谐波频率成分,研究结果揭示了空间轴承组件各谐波频率成分的来源和相互关系,为轴承组件的振动监测和性能优化奠定了基础。
Space bearing assembly is one of the key components of the space mechanical and electrical products like flywheel. Its traits like light load, high rotation precision and long life make its vibration characteristics different, so knowing its vibration characteristics is significant to improve the performance of the overall unit. Firstly, the harmonic frequencies are obtained from the Waterfall Figure generated from the micro-vibration data of the sliding process. Then harmonic frequencies are analyzed with the computing results from the theoretical formulae. The analysis results show the sources and correlations of the frequency components, which build a basis for the micro-vibration monitoring and performance optimization for space bearing assemblies.
