利用离子效应调整季铵盐类缓蚀剂性能

摘要
合成了N-苄基吡啶季铵盐缓蚀剂。试验结果表明,通过调整N-苄基吡啶季铵盐阴离子可以改变其缓蚀性能;当阴离子为氯离子时,对应的缓蚀剂在H_2S+CO_2+Cl腐蚀环境中缓蚀能力略好,将阴离子置换为碘离子后,对应的缓蚀剂在H_2S+Cl腐蚀环境中缓蚀性能更优。
1-Benzyl-pyridinium are synthesized as corrosion inhibitors.It's corrosion inhibiting ability can be modified by change the anion part of the quaternary ammonium salt.As the anion is I,the corresponding corrosion inhibitor[BnPy]I is more efficiency in H_2S+Cl environment.After change the anion to Cl,the corresponding corrosion inhibitor[BnPy]Cl is slightly better than the[BnPy]I in H_2S+CO_2+Cl environment.
