电推进用永磁同步电机系统逆变器损耗建模技术研究

摘要
针对电推进用永磁同步电机最优效率控制中需要对逆变器损耗进行实时计算的问题,通过研究逆变器开关暂态特性及损耗数学模型,得出一种考虑系统工况的逆变器损耗精确计算方法。在对开关损耗进行分析时考虑了导通电流对开关暂态过程的影响,因而损耗计算更为精确。提出了一种适用于电推进用永磁同步电机系统的仿真建模方法。建立的仿真系统在实现对电机特性分析的同时也实现了对逆变器损耗的同步精确分析。采用Simplorer对永磁同步电机系统进行了仿真,结果验证了损耗建模技术的有效性。
The analysis of real-time loss of the inverter is necessary in electric propulsion with optimal efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor control.Therefore inverter switching transient characteristics and loss of mathematical models has been studied.An accurate systematic way for calculating all the losses of inverter and considering working conditions is obtained.The influence of conduction current on switching transients has been taken into consideration in the analysis of the switching losses,so more accurate analyze results can be abttained.A modeling method for electric propulsion with optimal efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor control is presented.The simulation system analyzes the motor characteristics and accurately analyzes the inverter losses simultaneously.The technology is verified by the results of permanent magnet synchronous motor system simulation based on Simplorer.
