ISG系统SVPWM过调制控制方法改进与实现

摘要
本文在深入分析了SVPWM过调制控制原理的基础上,提出了一种适用于ISG闭环控制系统的SVPWM过调制控制方法。该控制方法利用电压零矢量作用时间作为判断是否发生过调制的依据,在发生过调制时,调整给定电压矢量,使调整后的电压矢量能位于基本电压矢量所确定的正六边形内。仿真结果表明:本文提出的过调制控制算法具有较高的电压利用率,可以控制逆变器从正弦SVPWM调制平滑过渡到过调制、最终实现六拍运行。不需要预先存储数据,计算量小,易于在SVPWM控制策略中实现,该控制方法有效拓展了ISG电驱动系统弱磁阔速区间,提高了整车的动力性。
In this paper,on the basis of depth analysis about the principle of SVPWM overmodulation control,Proposed a SVPWM overmodulation control method for ISG closed-loop control system.The control method using action time of voltage zero vector as judged whether there has occurred overmodulation,in the over-modulation occurs,adjust a given voltage vector,the voltage vector after adjustment can be located within the regular hexagon which determined by fundamental voltage vector.The simulation results show that: the overmodulation control algorithm proposed in this paper has a high voltage utilization,and you can control the inverter transition from the sine SVPWM modulation to overmodulation,and to six step running at last.This method do not need to pre-stored data,has small amount of calculate,and Easily apply to SVPWM control strategy,This control method is effective to expand the ISG electric drive system field weakening wide speed range,improved vehicle dynamics.
