基于SWOT浅析水敏性城市设计在我国的适用性

摘要
如何借鉴国外雨水管理技术与模式以完善我国雨水管理系统是目前我国雨洪管理的主要研究方向。相比我国现有的雨水速排粗放型城市水系统,水敏性城市设计(WSUD)模式强调雨水的资源性,水循环的完整性。本文运用SWOT分析法对水敏性城市设计(WSUD)在我国的适用性进行分析,通过对WSUD模式内外环境的客观分析,得出我国外部因素对WSUD的施行威胁较大,并依据SWOT矩阵策略方程式提出建立公众教育体系及专属部门等实施策略。
How to use the modes and technologies of stormwater management in foreign countries to improve the stormwater management system of our country is the main research direction to domestic scholars.Compared with the extensive urban water system,WSUD emphasizes the water resources and the integrity of the water cycle.In many foreign stormwater management system,the top level design and comprehensive planning concept have great innovation and guidance for our country.In this paper,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the water sensitive urban design(WSUD) in China.Through the objective analysis of the internal and external environment of WSUD model,we can draw the conclusion that we have greater threat to implement WSUD in China's external environment.And according to the SWOT matrix method,we put forward the implementation strategy,such as the establishment of public education system and the exclusive sector,etc.On the basis of the current international situation,it can be predicted that the WSUD model will be the trend of the times.
