摘要
目的:比较头针与康复训练是否同步治疗对脑梗死急性期患者产生的影响,阐明其应用价值。方法:选取90例脑梗死患者,45例为对照组,45例为观察组,对照组患者不接受同步治疗,观察组患者接受头针与康复训练同步治疗,重点考察患者日常生活能力与上肌张力的的变化情况。结果:在上肢肌张力改善情况方面,观察组优于对照组;从FMA和MBI评分方面来看,观察组患者的改善程度对照组;两组数据统计学比较有意义。结论:头针与康复训练同时治疗成效显著,患者运动能力和日常生活能力的大幅度改善均得益于同步治疗方案的应用,临床价值高,值得大范围广泛推行。
Objective:To compare the effects of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training on the patients with acute cerebral infarction and to explore its application value.Methods:90 patients with cerebral infarction,45 patients as the control group,45 patients as the observation group,the control group were not receiving synchronous treatment,the observation group received the scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training,focusing on patients with daily life Tension of the changes in the situation.Results:In the improvement of upper limb muscle tension,the observation group was superior to the control group.From the aspect of FMA and MBI score,the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group:the data of the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective,and the improvement of exercise capacity and daily living ability of the patients is benefited from the application of the simultaneous therapy.The clinical value is high and worthy of wide-scale implementation.
