摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者应用放疗和体外高频热疗联合方案治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取2014年2月至2016年6月间我院收治的肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者62例为研究对象,采用完全双盲法分为对照组(n=31例)与实验组(n=31例),对照组行放疗,实验组行放疗+体外高频热疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:①实验组治疗总有效率96.78%显著高于对照组80.65%(P<0.05);②实验组放射性皮炎发生率19.35%、胃肠道反应发生率12.90%、骨髓抑制发生率16.13%、放射性直肠炎发生率12.90%、放射性肺炎发生率9.68%与对照组12.90%、9.68%、9.68%、6.45%、6.45%无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在放疗基础上,给予肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者体外高频热疗,可增强临床治疗效果,减轻疼痛,值得推广。
Objective:to investigate the in vitro tumor radiotherapy in patients with bone metastatic pain and high frequency heat treatment the clinical effect of combination therapy.Methods:from February 2014 to June 2016 tumor patients with bone metastatic pain of our hospital between 62 cases as the research object,using fully double blind method were divided into control group(n=31 cases) and the experimental group(n=31 cases) and control group lines of radiation,the experimental group lines of radiation+in vitro high-frequency heat treatment,compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:(1)the experimental group therapy is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 96.78%to 80.65%(P<0.05);(2)experimental radioactive dermatitis incidence of 19.35%,the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction rate of 12.90%,bone marrow suppression rate of 16.13%,the incidence of radiation proctopathy,12.90%,the incidence of radioactive pneumonia9.68%and the control group 12.90%,9.68%,9.68%,6.45%,9.68%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:on the basis of radiation therapy,to give cancer patients with bone metastatic pain in vitro high-frequency heat treatment,can enhance clinical therapeutic effect,relieve pain,is worth promoting.
