摘要
在总结分析北京地铁近些年来发生的几次重大土建设施主体结构安全隐患的基础上,对其产生原因进行了深入分析,并有针对性地提出了运营期土建设施管养工作的重点。通过本文的研究,土建设施结构安全隐患的产生原因可以归纳为安全保护区控制不当、地质条件变化和建设期的施工质量问题三大类。运营期土建设施管养工作的重点要结合养护维修周期,开展土建装饰设施的管养工作;以满足客流组织需求为导向,开展土建设施的更新改造工作;在充分认识重大安全隐患产生原因的基础上,开展隐患排查、治理的管控工作;以地铁百年大计为目标,开展专业人才和科学技术的储备工作。
Based on summarize and analyze of several major civil facilities safe hazard that occurred on BEIJING metro recent years,it has deep analysis the causes,and targeted put forward the management and maintenance key work of operating rail transit construction facilities.Through the study of this article,the causes of civil facilities safe hazard could be classified into three categories,which were improper control of protective zone,geological conditions change and the building quality problem during construction.The maintenance key work of operating rail transit construction facilities could be classified into four aspects,which were management and maintenance civil decoration facilities combine with maintenance cycle,take civil facilities transformation and renovation work that target to satisfy the needs of passenger flow organization,and carry out safe hazard check and solve control work based on fully understand the causes of major safe hazard,and carry out reserve work of professional and science technology aim at subway using hundred years.
