重型燃机GH4706合金超大型涡轮盘制备工艺的优化与实施

摘要
地面重型燃机用高温合金涡轮盘重量达到6t,直径超过2000mm,是规格最大的高温合金锻件。采用三联工艺熔炼了10t的GH4706合金自耗锭,通过引入镦拔工艺和先进温度控制技术,在快锻机上实现了铸态组织破碎与细晶棒坯制备。应用数值模拟技术对涡轮盘模锻成型工艺进行优化,从而最大限度地利用设备载荷提升锻件组织性能,在8万吨油压机上成功实现了模锻成型,盘上组织性能全面达到技术指标的要求。
The superalloy turbine disk for land-based heavy-duty gas turbine,which weighs up to 6 ton and has a diameter over 2000 mm,is the largest superalloy forging.The Vacuum arc remelting(VAR) ingot with a weight of 10 ton is prepared by triple melt process.The billet conversion of the VAR ingot is achieved by using the upset and draw process,based on the advanced temperature control technology.Further,the as-cast structure of VAR ingot breaks down and converts to fine grain structure.The numerical simulation technique is used to optimize the turbine disk die forging process,for maximum utilization of die forging equipment.Finally,the full-scale GH4706 turbine disk is die forged by the 80000 t hydraulic press,and it's microstructure and mechanical properties meet the requirement completely.
