新型活化改性竹炭纤维材料脱硝的实验研究

以处理竹炭后得到的竹炭纤维(bamboo charcoal fiber,BCF)为原料,制备BCF-TiO_2/Cu_2O复合吸附材料,并将该材料用于大气污染物NO的脱除。实验研究了竹炭的处理方式,例如氧化条件、碱化溶液种类和活化温度,并分析了TiO_2/Cu_2O改性对脱硝效率的影响。结果发现经过预处理的竹炭先后用15%浓度H_2O_2氧化1 h、KOH溶液中碱化、高温炉中500℃活化,再负载TiO_2/Cu_2O在无光条件下,吸附法脱除NO的效果最好,最高效率可达85.88%。通过表征及脱硝实验结果分析发现,改性后样品表面各含氧官能团有一定的增加,其中C=O官能团增加的最多,其次是C-O官能团,此两种官能团均可以促进NO在竹炭纤维表面的吸附。
BCF-TiO_2/Cu_2O composite material was prepared by using bamboo charcoal fiber(BCF).The material was used for the removal of NO.Both TiO_2/Cu_2O modification and other treatment including oxidation as well as alkaline solution type's influence on denitrification efficiency were analyzed experimentally.The results indicated that the best modification condition is pretreated and oxidized by 15%concentration of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)for 1 h,and soaked in KOH alkaline,followed by activation in a high temperature furnace 500°,and then load TiO_2/Cu_2O.The maximum of denitritration efficiency by the modified bamboo charcoal fiber is up to 85.88%.It was found that the oxygen functional groups on the surface of the modified samples had a certain increase.Both the C=O and C-O functional groups promote the NO adsorption mostly.
