天津港“812”特大火灾爆炸事故对集体防护发展的启示

摘要
天津港"812"特大火灾爆炸事故具有污染物种类多、浓度大、污染物持续释放,处理时间长等特点。由于救援人员长期在污染区、半污染区驻留,需要进行合理防护,在确保安全的情况下最大限度的保存和恢复体力。本文结合天津港救援实例,分析了核生化救援对集体防护器材的需求,提出了应急救援集体防护技术发展方向与器材体系建设构想。
The explosion near the port of Tianjin suddenly occurred on August 12 th last year. It would be a long and complex process to remove effects because of the sustained release of various pollutants with high concentration. Continuously working in the contaminated area, rescue crews should be rationally protected and their energy must be conserved or recovered to the maximum extent. In this article, the demand of collective protection equipment in NBC emergency has been analysed to conceive of the development direction and construction of collective protection in the field of emergency response.
