摘要
粪样来自于7只健康的大熊猫。本研究共分离得到了20株肠球菌和5株乳酸杆菌(E1,G83,G88,G89,G90)。通过抑菌试验发现5株乳酸杆菌都对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌都有抑制作用;通过体外耐酸耐胆盐和药敏试验发现G83有令人满意的益生效果,进一步的16S rDNA分子生物学鉴定结果显示为植物乳杆菌。
To fecal samples collected from seven health giant pandas.This study has gained 25 strains bacteria(20 Enterococcus and 5 Lactobacillus).The strains which exhibited widest zones of inhibition against enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella were E1,G83,G88,G89 and G90 respectively.Isolate G83 was found to possess desirable probiotic properties in vitro and futher identification based on the nucleotide sequence of its 16 S rDNA showed 99% homology to Lactobacillus plantarum.
