摘要
为提高沿黄群众的水法律法规意识,增强其爱护防洪工程的自觉性,解决目前日益增大的防洪工程监管任务量与现有监管人力资源紧缺的矛盾现状。我局对无线网络数字广播系统进行技术分析研究,运用数字IP网络广播技术、无线网络传输技术和黄河专用局域网络,研制了防洪普法无线网络数字广播系统,希望在黄河系统广泛推广运用。
In order to improve the awareness of water laws and regulations along the Yellow masses,to enhance their awareness of the protection of flood control projects,to solve the current flood control project supervision and the existing supervision of human resources shortage contradiction status quo.This paper has developed a digital broadcasting system for flood control and popularizing wireless network by using digital IP network broadcasting technology,wireless network transmission technology and special local area network of Yellow River.It is hoped that it will be widely used in the Yellow River system.
