82B盘条生产工艺分析

摘要
根据莱钢永锋公司炼钢厂生产的实际情况,分析了82B生产过程中铸坯内外部质量控制情况及该钢种在炼钢生产的成本情况。通过优化调节二冷水量及拉速温度匹配,铸坯的低倍质量提升明显,具体控制情况如下:中心疏松≯1.5级、中心偏析≯1.5级、缩孔≯1.5级、中间裂纹≯0.5级、中心裂纹≯0.5级、皮下裂纹≯0.5级、角部裂纹≯0.5级、夹杂物0级。通过调整精炼渣碱度及连铸稳态控制,铸坯的高倍质量提升明显,具体控制情况如下:A类细系≯1级、B类细系≯1级、C类细系≯1.5级、D类细系≯0.5级、Ds类≯0.5级。82B生产中成本受质量提升影响降低明显,另外转炉提高终点碳和进精炼温度对降低成本效果显著,终点碳由原来的0.11%提高到0.22%,进精炼温度由原来的1460℃提高到1490℃以上。
according to Laigang Yongfeng company steel plant for the production of the actual situation,analyzes the production process of 82 B casting billet internal and external quality control and the steel in steelmaking production cost.By optimizing the regulation of secondary cooling water flow rate and casting speed and temperature matching,slab of low times significantly enhance the quality,specific control as follows:central porosity is greater than or equal to 1.5,center segregation is greater than or equal to 1.5,shrinkage hole is greater than or equal to 1.5,intermediate crack is greater than or equal to 0.5,the center crack is greater than or equal to 0.5,subsurface crack is greater than or equal to 0.5,corner crack is greater than or equal to 0.5,inclusion level 0.By adjusting the refining slag basicity and continuous casting steady state control,billet at high magnification,the quality improved significantly,specific control as follows:class a fine line is greater than or equal to 1 grade,class B fine lines is greater than or equal to 1 grade,class C thin lines is greater than or equal to 1.5 grade,class D fine lines is greater than or equal to 0.5 grade,class DS is greater than or equal to 0.5 grade.82 B production cost is affected by the quality to enhance the impact of reduced obviously and converter improve the end-point carbon and into the refining temperature to significantly reduce the cost effect,the end-point carbon from 0.11%original increased to 0.22%,refining temperature increased by 1460 DEG C of the original to 1490 DEG C above.
