煤矿区大直径垂直定向孔快速钻进关键技术与装备

摘要
为了满足大直径垂直定向孔准确中靶、快速钻进和安全透巷等的基本施工要求,首先需解决煤矿区地层结构、水文地质复杂条件下硬岩施工中存在的问题,研究了导向孔优快钻进、集束式潜孔锤反循环钻进以及安全透巷施工等关键技术,研发了ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机、抗震型EM-MWD电磁波随钻测量系统、大直径集束式反循环潜孔锤及配套装备。依托多个工程项目进行现场试验,结果表明:ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机满足大直径潜孔锤反循环钻进施工要求;抗震型EM-MWD电磁波测斜仪的减震措施合理,达到了同空气潜孔锤配合使用的要求;大直径集束式反循环潜孔锤硬岩扩孔钻进效率提高了2~3倍。试验结果表明,该套煤矿区大直径垂直定向孔快速钻进关键技术与装备取得良好效果。
In order to meet an accurate target hitting of the large diameter vertical directional borehole,rapid drilling,safety passed through mine roadway and other basic construction requirements,firstly,problems existed in the hard rock construction under the strata structure and the complicated condition of the hydrogeology was solved in the coal mine area,the paper had a study on the optimized and rapid drilling of the pilot hole,reverse circulation drilling of the cluster down hole hammer,safety passed through mine roadway construction and other key technology and had a research and development on ZMK5530TZJ60(A) truck-mounted drilling rig,seismic proof EM-MWD electromagnetic wave measuring system while drilling,large diameter cluster reverse circulation down hole hammer and the matching equipment.Depended on the site experiments on several engineering projects,the results showed that the ZMK5530TZJ60(A) truck-mounted drilling rig could meet the construction requirements of the large diameter down hole hammer reverse circulation drilling.The seismic reduction measures of the seismic proof type EM-MWD electromagnetic wave inclinometer were rational and could reach the requirements to be applied with the pneumatic down hole hammer.The hard rock remaining drilling efficiency of the large diameter cluster reverse circulation down hole hammer could be increased by 2~3 times.Experiment showed that the excellent effect was obtained by the completed key technology and equipment of the large diameter vertical directional rapid drilling in the mine area.
