基于网络的大型旋转机械远程监测与诊断系统的研究与开发

摘要
本论文以大型旋转机械状态监测与故障诊断为研究对象,以开发基于网络的大型旋转远程监测与诊断系统为目的,在深入研究计算机网络技术的基础上,进行了基于网络的大型旋转远程监测与诊断系统的总体设计,着重研究远程监测与诊断系统中的远程数据传输和网络安全等关键技术,提出了远程诊断服务中心的设计方案,开发了远程状态监测与信号分析系统并应用于企业的关键生产设备的远程监测与诊断。
     第一章 论述了大型旋转机械监测与诊断在现代工业生产中的重要意义,详细分析了大型旋转机械监测与诊断系统的历史与现状,并结合网络技术的发展和信息高速公路的建设,论述了基于网络的大型旋转机械远程监测与诊断技术。最后概述了课题的来源、目标及论文的主要研究内容。
     第二章 分析了系统的总体需求,提出了系统的总体设计思想。设计了系统的总体功能结构,并对其进行了数据流图描述。接着设计了系统总体网络架构,主要是对网络的拓扑结构、传输协议、硬件环境、软件环境以及网络安全策略进行了设计,并提出了实现方案。
     第三章 分析了各个监测工作站的功能结构,论述了本地监测与诊断服务器的主要功能,实现了数据的集中管理和数据库存储,讨论了Web服务器的配置,设计并实现了本地监测诊断系统与企业内部网的集成。
     第四章 分析了本地监测与诊断系统内的数据通信,实现了系统远程数据通信:综合应用Delphi ActiveForm与Three-Tiered Client/Server技术开发了系统的三层客户/服务器结构,实现了瘦客户功能;采用基于HTTP的ASP与ADO技术,实现了Web数据库的数据访问;通过Delphi集成Microsoft Win32 Internet API的应用,开发了FTP客户端程序,实现了远程数据文件的传输。研究了本地与远程监测诊断系统的多种连接方式,并应用防火墙技术实现了网络安全管理。
     第五章 研究了快变信号、慢变信号和开关量信号的远程实时监测和信号分析方法。实现了快变信号、慢变信号和开关量信号的实现监测,慢变信号的趋势分析及快变信号的升降速过程的级联图、瀑布图分析。实现了快变信号的时频图、轴心轨迹图、振动幅值趋势图和振动峰峰值趋势图分析。开发了报表、讨论组、留言薄等辅助功能模块。
     第六章 研究了基于网络的远程诊断服务中心的架构,设计了中心的主要功能模块由监测诊断服务系统、数据库管理系统、网络管理系统和信息服务系统组成,并在分析了系统功能的基础上,提出了系统的实现方案。
     第七章 给出了全文的总结与展望。
Taking the fault diagnosis of large rotating machinery as the object of study, this dissertation systematically and deep going study on the large rotating machinery remote monitoring and diagnosis system based on network., from technique theories to practical applies, based on recent research status both in and out of China. This dissertation consists of following main parts:
    Chapter 1 summarizes the important role of monitoring and diagnosis technology for large rotating machinery in modern manufacturing, details the research status and development trend of monitoring and diagnosis system of large rotating machinery. Describe the technique of network based remote monitoring and diagnosis of large rotating machinery, combined with the development of network technology and the construction of Information Superhighway. Then the source, goal and main contents of this dissertation are presented.
    Chapter 2 analyses the main demand of this system put forward the thoughts of system design. The main function and structure of this system are designed and described by data flow chart. Then the main network architecture of this system are designed, mainly include the design of topological structure of the network, network protocol, hardware and software environment of network and the security solution of network. Solutions of this main network architecture are described correspondingly.
    Chapter 3 analyses the function and structure of each monitoring workstation, describe the main fuction of local monitoring and diagnosis server, implement the management of data in database and data files. Deeply discuss how to configure of web server. Local monitoring and diagnosis system is integrated with the intranet of corporation.
    Chapter 4 analyses the data communication inside of local monitoring and diagnosis system, implement long distance data transmission, and study on some kind of communication way between local system and remote system, realize the security of network with application of firewall.
    Chapter 5 studies on remote condition monitoring and signal analysis of dynamic signal, static signal and switch signal, realize remote monitoring and signal analysis for all these data signal.
    Chapter 6 studies on the architecture of network based remote diagnosis service centre, design the main function module, which is based on monitoring and diagnosis service system, database system, network management system and information service system. The solutions of system are put forward based on the function analysis of system.
    Chapter 7 summarizes the main results and conclusions of this dissertation.
