中学数学教学中协助学生自主学习的构想与实践

摘要
在刚刚过去的二十世纪里,科学技术得到了突飞猛进的发展,也使得个人和社会对教育的需求呈现出越来越大的趋势,出现了教育终身化,教育全民化,教育民主化,教育多元化以及教育技术现代化的新观念,新思潮。我国新一轮基础教育课程改革顺应了世界发展的趋势和现代教育的特点,关注人的个性化和人的可持续发展性,注重主体性教育和自我教育,推崇启发式教学。新课程突出了以学习为中心的教学指导思想,大力提倡研究性学习和自主学习。
     数学教育是中等教育的重要组成部分,而中等教育中普遍采用的班级授课制下的传统教学模式,不能很好地照顾到不同学习者身上客观存在的种种差异,因而不可避免地产生出一批达不到教学要求的后进生,同时又限制了先进生的学习和发展。并且,在过去的数学教学中,人们更多关注了学习的结果,对学生的学习方式和学习策略关注不够。为了引导学生学会学习,应当特别关注学习过程和学习方式。以往的教学改革,要么是单独改革传统的教学模式,要么是单独改革班级授课制,均未能彻底解决问题。
     本研究试图借助于现代教育的指导思想,解决中学数学教学中由于学生在学习上固有的差异而导致统一了进度的课堂教学效益低下的问题,提出了教师协助下的学生自主学习的差别教学新模式及教学策略,并利用教学的实践初步进行了检验,得出了以下的结论:
     在中学数学教学中运用教师协助下的学生自主学习的差别教学模式,可以促进不同程度学生的学习,提高学生的数学学业成绩,提高学生的学习兴趣,形成更好的学习风气,提高学生的自主学习能力,促进学生主体意识的发展。
In just past 20 century, science and technology have gotten to make giant strides development, also make individual present more and more big tendency with society for educational demand , educate role and the position in society to become more and more important, have arisen education , is lifelong , educate whole people to melt, educate democracy to melt, educate diversity as well as educational technical modern new idea and new trend.
    The new round of basic educational course reform of our country has complied with the characteristic of modem education and the tendency of world development, pay attention to the individuation of person and the sustainable development of person , emphasize mainness educational and self education , highly praise heuristic teaching, . new course have stuck out is the teaching guiding ideology of center with study, advocate research vigorously study and act on one's own study.
    Mathematics education is the important composition part of secondary school education, adopt generally in secondary school education, class give lessons system to take off traditional teaching pattern, can not accommodate well,
    
    
    not classmate practice with the various discrepancy of objective existence, so unavoidable land give birth to a batch reach do not ask to teaching after enter livelihood, at the same time have again restricted development and the study of advanced livelihood, and, in pass mathematics teaching in, people have paid attention to the result of study more, is not enough for learning tactful solicitude and the learning way of student, for guide student institute study , should pay attention to learning process and learning way especially, former teaching reform, want is the teaching pattern of individual reform tradition, want is individual reform class give lessons system, could not solve problem thoroughly.
    This research is attempted have the aid of in the guiding ideology of modern education, in solution, study mathematics teaching, in because of student in study built-in discrepancy cause have unified the classroom teaching benifit of progress low problem, have put forward the student autonomous learning difference under teacher assistance teaching new pattern and teaching strategy, use the practice of teaching inspect preliminarily, have reached following conclusion: in middle school utilize the student autonomous learning difference under teacher assistance in mathematics teaching teaching pattern, may promote the study of different level student to raise the mathematics record of school work of student and the learning interest of student raising, form better learning mood and the autonomous learning ability of student raising, promote the development of student main consciousness.
