长途客运场站信息系统标准化研究

摘要
北京市的公路长途客运是北京市客运体系中的一个重要组成部分,担负着城
    市与城市、城市与农村、城市与县城、县城与县城、县城与农村之间的旅客运输
    任务。以其线路稠密,触及面大,为铁路、航空客运起到衔接和为这些客运方式
    起着集中、疏散客流的作用;同时在铁路运输紧张的路段、时段,担负着为铁路
    分担客流的任务。铁路运输是一条线,航空客运是点到点,而公路客运则是一大
    片,几乎做到“门到门”服务,具有其他运输方式不可比拟和替代的作用。因此
    公路长途客运站的信息化建设是北京市公共交通信息平台搭建的重要基础。
    为了迎接奥运会,构筑北京市公共交通信息平台成为北京市交通信息化建设
    的主要任务。
    本文,在分析探讨国内外关于长途客运场站信息化建设的基础上,提出了我
    国长途客运场站信息系统标准化管理的理念。进而,对长途客运场站信息标准化
    管理方案、长途客运站客票发售和预订系统、行包管理系统、旅客信息服务系统、
    站务管理系统、闭路电视监控系统、停车场收费管理系统、自动车辆定位系统等
    系统,做了详细的分析论证。
    在上述分析的基础上,提出了长途客运场站信息化建设综合评价体系。
    最后,简单介绍了对广州市天河客运站的考察情况,并以北京赵公口客运站
    为实例,建立实时信息管理系统。
    本文,从理论上提出了长途客运场站信息系统的标准化管理理念,并给出客
    运信息系统评价体系;在实践中,在赵公口客运站建立的实时信息管理系统。对
    我国长途客运场站信息化建设,具有一定的指导意义。
Long-distanced road transportation is an important factor in the transportation
    system of Beijing, which focuses in the transportation among city, town and
    countryside. Characterized in the tensed and large network, it assists railway and air
    transportation with the function of distributing passengers, especially during the busy
    period. If the railway transportation is compared to a line, the air to a point, the road
    transportation is like a square. It offers service to almost every point and every line,
    which cannot be replaced by other transportation. Therefore, informationalized
    long-distanced road transportation is an essential basis of forming the public
    transportation system.
     In order to welcome the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, forming the public
    transportation system is the most important in the informationalized construction of
    transportation.
     Analyzing the information construction of road transportation domestic and
    abroad, this paper reports the thought of managing the system of standardized road
    transportation information. Furthermore, it presents many systems like management
    of standardized information, ticket registering and booking, luggage managing,
    passenger information, station managing, television monitoring, park service and
    auto-vehicle position searching. It gives judgments to the information construction of
    long-distanced transport station.
     Finally, the paper introduces the research in Tian He Transpot Station of
    Guangzhou, and builds the system of information management in the model of Zhao
    Gong Kou Transport Station of Beijing.
     Theatrically, the paper offers the standardized management of long-distanced
    transportation information, and presents judgments of information system. In the
    practice, analyzing the management system in Zhao Gong Kou Transport Station of
    Beijing, it is useful for the domestic informationalized construction of road
    transportation.
