摘要
本文分析了STN-LCD制造企业紫晶公司初期的传统管理方式,即职能管理的不足,并且结合项目的特点和项目管理的优势,根据紫晶公司的经营为制造定制产品的特点,提出定制产品项目管理。同时分析了定制产品项目管理的优点,提出了项目管理的实现方法,并以紫晶公司STN4122产品为例,实证了项目管理在STN-LCD制造企业紫晶公司定制产品的应用,详细分析了项目管理在STN4122定制产品项目的导入阶段、计划阶段、控制阶段、项目实施的应用,最后结合组织行为学对项目管理在STN-LCD制造企业的应用给出了实施改进策略。
     项目管理方法用在紫晶公司产品管理中达到了对定制产品的成本、质量、进度的综合管理,实现了经营中定制产品为目标导向的管理。在实施中要注意实施策略,加强项目团队建设、建立激励机制、加强沟通。本文对STN-LCD行业中定制产品生产为主的企业经营管理有一定的参考意义。
