MES中间件的构建及其数据处理专家系统

摘要
随着中国加入WTO后市场的逐步开发以及经济全球化的不断深入,企业面临着巨大的竞争压力。为了提高生产管理水平,增强竞争力,企业信息化已是大势所趋,而构建企业的制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)则是企业信息化的重要步骤。
     制造执行系统是现代信息技术在生产管理中应用的体现,是位于上层的计划管理系统和底层的工业控制之间的面向生产的管理信息系统。它通过控制包括物料、设备、人员和设施在内的所有工厂资源来提高制造竞争力,提供了一种系统的在统一平台上集成诸如质量控制、模型优化、生产调度等功能的方式。
     本文以某煤化工企业的MES项目的研发和实施为背景,详细介绍了一种以中间件技术来解决实时数据库(PI)与关系数据库(SQL Server 2000)之间的数据共享问题,并以此为基础开发了数据处理与分析系统,同时构造了一种简单的专家系统在实时数据处理中加以应用,为整个MES系统提供了稳定可靠的数据支持。
As China joins WTO and opens its civil market step by step, and with the enhancing economy globalization, the enterprises are under a great competitive pressure. In order to improve the management ability and enhance the competitiveness, building enterprise information system is a main trend, while constructing manufacturing execution system is the key step.
     Manufacturing execution system, which is located between the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on the upper level and the industrial control system on the bottom level, is an application of modern information technology on product management. It can enhance the competitive ability through controlling all of the resources in the enterprise, including material, equipment and people, and provide a unified platform to integrate functional modules, such as quality control, model optimization and production planning.
     This thesis is based on the development and implementation of MES project for a coking & chemical enterprise. A method using middleware technology to solve data sharing problem between real-time database (PI) and relational database (SQL Server 2000) is introduced in detail, and a data processing and analysis system is developed based on it. Meanwhile, a simple expert system is also constructed to process the real-time data. The system provides steady and excellent data for the whole MES project.
