二类油层注聚区水驱开发井网一体化配产配注优化设计方法研究

摘要
本文主要针对目前萨中油田二类油层注聚区水驱开发井网尚未有一套比较系统完整的从钻降到封堵全过程配产配注方案,以往所做工作主要单纯针对钻降区,或是单纯围绕封堵区依靠统计平均原则进行配产配注,把钻降和封堵看成二个相对独立的过程。其实这是水驱配合三次采油由钻建到投产这整个过程中的两个阶段,二者具有紧密相关性,并且直接影响到水驱开采指标变化趋向。特别是近年来随着在钻降区钻前保压注水、钻井过程滚动钻关、空驱阶段匹配调整,及化学驱阶段科学合理封堵调整等一系列逐渐成熟技术的实施,为我们定量优化水驱钻降封堵区配产配注方案设计,指导油田开发产量运行安排提供可靠依据。本论文站在这一出发点,综合运用萨中油田大量历史开发数据统计分析,重点对比研究北一区断东和断西二个开采历程类似区块配合化学驱从钻降到封堵全过程开发调整具体做法及产量、含水、压力三大开采指标运行特征,力求比较全面系统总结出配合二类油层注聚水驱钻降封堵区配产配注定量优化设计方案,能够指导同类水驱油田开发实践。
This paper is researched mainly considering that there isn’t a set of systematic andcomplete production and injection proration scheme in the water flooding well network ofPolymer injection block, in Class II reservoir, Sazhong oilfield. Previous work is simply doneaiming at drilling drop area or just plugging area to match the production and injection rateaccording to the rules of statistical average, so the drilling drop and plugging are regarded astwo relatively independent processes. In fact these are two phases in the whole process fromdrilling and building to producing in tertiary oil recovery coordinated by water flooding, andthe two are closely related, and directly affect the variation trend of water floodingexploitation index. Especially in recent years, a series of increasingly mature technology suchas dwelling injection in the drill down area before drilling, rolling drill shut in well drillingprocess, matching adjustment in empty flooding phase, and scientific and reasonableadjustment sealing in chemical flooding stage, and so on have been implemented, providingreliable basis for quantitatively optimizing the scheme of production and injection proration indrill drop and plugging area of water flooding, and guiding the operation of production for theoilfield. Based on this, this paper synthetically applies vast amount of historical developmentdata and statistical analysis, compare and research the concrete methods of the whole processfrom drilling drop to sealing, and the operating characteristic of three big production indexes:output, water cut, and pressure. And strive to comprehensively and systematically sum up theoptimized production and injection proration scheme for drilling drop and sealing area in thewater flooding well network of Polymer injection block, in Class II reservoir, and providedevelopment practice for the similar water drive oilfield.
