新城区的城市空间设计

摘要
我国城市新区建设促进了城市发展，同时在实践过程中提出了一系列城市空间设计子课题，如怎样形成新区的城市空间特色，如何理解新区的城市空间设计中“形式”的特殊性等。这些问题不仅在很大程度上影响了新区自身的设计与发展，而且使原有的城市设计方法及原则有所变更及拓展。本论文在对国内外、外新区现状调研及查阅相关资料的基础上，借助城市空间设计理论，从人对城市空间认知层次(城市空间形态、城市空间形象、城市空间意象)的角度逐层深入地探讨新区的城市空间设计，并结合几个新区的城市设计研究方案，尝试建立具有方法论意义的设计方法—“折衷的城市空间设计方法”，同时提出了相关的新区城市空间设计策略。
Construction of new urban districts in our country prompts the city's development, but in this process a series of sub-questions for study about urban space design are raised, such as how to form the space characteristics and how to understand the specialties of "form" in the urban space design of new urban district. All of these not only influence the growth of new urban district greatly, but also change and extend the exiting methods and principles of urban design. By means of full investigating and researching, based on the theories about urban space design, this dissertation probe gradually into the urban space design of new urban district from viewpoint of people's cognition layer (urban space form, urban space vision and urban space image). Combined with the four urban design plans in new urban districts, a design method named "eclectic urban space design method" is tried
to build up and interrelated strategies about urban space design in new urban district are raised.
