寿险业务员心理健康状况及其相关因素研究

摘要
本研究通过发放调查问卷的方式，运用T检验、相关分析等多种统计手段，对江西省南昌市的部分从事保险销售工作的业务员的心理健康状况及其影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明：(1) 我市的寿险业务员的心理健康水平总体良好，心理健康问题出现较多的是强迫因子、抑郁因子和焦虑因子(2) 寿险业务员的心理健康水平在强迫因子、精神病性因子上存在性别差异，女业务员的心理健康状况优于男业务员(3) 寿险业务员的从业时间长短影响业务员的人际关系敏感状况(4) 寿险业务员心理健康与应对方式、社会支持和个性存在显著相关，其中神经质是影响心理健康的最主要因素，寿险业务员的社会支持水平显著地影响他们的心理健康状况，使用正确的应对方式也能促进寿险业务员的心理健康水平。
Content: The research probe into the mental health of the insurance salesmen in Nanchang city, Jiangxi province through questionnaires by means of T-testing, correlation analysis, and so on, it also analyzes the contributing factors. The result shows that:(l) the level of mental health of insurance salesmen in our province is good as a whole, the question of the mental health is fasten on the force, blues and anxiety genes .(2) the level of mental health of insurance salesmen have a sexual difference in the force and psychosis genes, the condition of the mental health of saleswomen are better than that of salesmen.(3)the working hours of the salesmen affect the interpersonal relation condition.(4)the mental health of the insurance salesmen has a significant correlation with coping style, social support and personality, the most important factor that affect the mental health is neuropathy, the level of the social support has a significant effect on the condition of their mental
health ,using a suitable coping style can also improve the level of their mental health.
