社会资本对大学生就业机会的影响

摘要
文章以对西北某高校2006届应届毕业生的抽样调查材料为依据,尝试用社会资本的的角度考察社会资本差异对大学生就业机会的影响:(1)社会资本在大学生就业上影响的趋势是如何的,所产生的影响有多大;(2)社会资本差异对不同性别大学毕业生的就业机会的影响;(3)政治,经济等方面拥有的社会资本差异对大学生就业机会大小的影响(4)社会资本对大学生就业功能的探讨。包括对大学生教育结果公平的影响,以及对大学生的社会流动的影响。在文章的最后提出了如何运用社会资本以实现社会的良性运行和建设谐社会中发挥正功能减小负功能的建议。
全文由导论和五章主体内容构成:导论简要介绍了论文的选题背景和研究目的,明确了主题研究的现实意义和理论价值,回顾了研究主题的国内外相关理论——社会资本理论与职业获得理论,对内外研究动态进行了比较全面的描述。并且对该次研究的研究思路,研究方法以及采取的技术路线做了较全面的解释,针对主要指标做了操作化测量。
本文第二章关注的主题是社会资本在大学生就业机会的两个主要影响因素:权力和经济发挥的作用。社会资本与社会分层相关密切,在文章中发现,经济、政治存量上的差异从而构成社会资本的差异对大学生的就业心理状态和对工作的满意度有重要的影响。
性别歧视在大学生就业中是普遍存在的社会现象。本文第三章中拟从性别的角度探究,在社会资本的参与下,性别歧视在大学生就业过程中,特别是女大学生中所发挥的负效应是否有所减弱,调查表明,社会资本差异的女大学生在找工作过程中的心理状态和所获初职的质量上存在的显著差异,而对男大学生则没有显著性影响。
在第四章社会资本的功能分析中,首先分析了先赋性资本与自致性资本对大学生就业机会的影响,依靠先赋性社会资本破坏就业的公正性原则;其次分析了社会资本对于教育结果的公平性的功能分析,社会资本雄厚的大学毕业生在好工作,高职位上更容易完成与父代的阶层复制以及分析了社会资本对大学生社会流动影响的功能。最后的总结与讨论分别分析了人力资本与社会资本对大学生就业机会方面的影响并探讨了社会资本发挥影响的趋势。
The article constitutes by the introductory remarks and four chapter of main body contents : The introductory remarks introduced briefly the selected topic background and the research goal, have been clear about the subject research practical significance and the theory value, reviewed the research subject correlation theories at home and abroad - - social capital theory and the occupation obtains the theory, wholy comprehensive descript the internal and outside studied dynamic . And to this research's mentality, the research technique as well as adopts the technical route has also made the comprehensive explanation, translate the major targets to operation survey .
This second chpterof article’s attention subject is the social capital in the university student employment opportunity on two major effect factor: the function of Authority and economical . Social capital and social lamination related close, discovered in the article, because of economical, political storage quantity difference and the constitution social capital's difference can make the important influence to university student's employment psychology and to the work degree of satisfaction.
The sexual discrimination influence university student find the job is the universal existence social phenomenon. The third chapter of the artcle take the sex angle to fide under social capital participation, sexual discrimination, in the university studeent gets employed in the process, specially in the female’s whether negative effect does have weaker than before, the investigation indicated that the different social capital female university student in the process in find the work process ,the psychology and get the first job had attains the remarkable difference , but does not have the significance influence to the male university student.
The fourth chapter of social capital's is functional analysis, firstly analyzed the natural capital and social captial influence on the university student employment opportunity, depended upon the natural social capital to got job destructe the employment fairness principle; Next analyzed the social capital functional of the education result fairness , graduates who had rich social capital was easier to complete duplicates with a father generation of social stratum .Also has analyzed the function of social capital to the university student social mobility . The final Summary and the Discussion have separately analyzed the human capital and the social capital and have discussed the social capital influence tendency to the university student employment opportunity .
全文由导论和五章主体内容构成:导论简要介绍了论文的选题背景和研究目的,明确了主题研究的现实意义和理论价值,回顾了研究主题的国内外相关理论——社会资本理论与职业获得理论,对内外研究动态进行了比较全面的描述。并且对该次研究的研究思路,研究方法以及采取的技术路线做了较全面的解释,针对主要指标做了操作化测量。
