漳州职业技术学院师资队伍建设研究
摘要
高等职业教育的平稳、健康发展,是我国经济飞速发展的现实需要。高职院校为祖国生产、建设、管理、服务第一线培养了大批的具有高职称和高技术的实用性人才,他们在祖国的发展中起着不可估量的重要作用。
福建省55所具有独立招生资格的高职高专学校中有两所高职院校被教育部、财政部确定为“国家100所示范性高等职业院校建设计划”立项建设单位,漳州职业技术学院是其中的一所。它承担着为海西经济建设提供生产、建设、管理、服务第一线高职称、高技术实用性人才的任务。近年来,学院的规模得到迅速的发展,师资队伍的建设也有所提高,但作为国家示范性高职院校,要为其他院校做示范,师资队伍的内涵建设还有待于提高。本文通过对漳州职业技术学院师资队伍建设现状,以及发展过程中存在的问题进行分析,笔者从兼职教师队伍建设与“双师型”教师队伍建设两个方面提出相应的对策。研究目的旨在规范对兼职教师队伍的建设与管理,达到稳定和优化兼职教师队伍,纠正漳州职业技术学院在“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中的错误观念,对提升学院的办学水平,带动区域高职教育的发展具有重要的意义。
全文分为四大部分,第一章是导论,主要对选题背景,选题的意义等进行说明;第二章是对漳州职业技术学院现状调查与问题分析;第三章是漳州职业技术学院师资队伍建设的基本理论,主要选用了勒温的力场理论,人本管理理论,激励理论等作为本论文的理论基础;第四章是漳州职业技术学院师资队伍建设的对策,用勒温的力场理论分析了兼职教师队伍建设与“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中的阻力,提出了相应的对策来化解阻力,建设一支适应学院发展的师资队伍。

There are two vocational and technical colleges, in Fujian province 55 had independent enrollment qualification, which are by the Ministry of Education in Higher Vocational Colleges, the Ministry of Finance identified as "National Model 100 institutions of higher vocational projects" project construction unit. Zhangzhou Institute of Technology is one among them. It undertakes is providing the production, the construction, the management, the service first line high title, the high-tech usable talented person's duty for the Heisey economic development. In recent years, institute's scale obtained the rapid development, the teachers troop's construction also improve, but as a national model of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to do a model for other institutions, have yet to be to raise teachers. This article through to the Zhangzhou Institute of Technology teachers troop construction present situation, the question which as well as in the developing process exists carries on the analysis, the author constructs from the concurrent part-time teachers troop and“dual-qualified”teachers troop constructs two aspects to propose the corresponding countermeasure. In this article, research methods used by author are the literature methodology, the questionnaire survey procedure, the comparison methodology. This article on the Zhangzhou Institute of Technology faculty research has certain model significance to other quality colleges and universities teacher troop construction.
