分布式数据库技术在3G基站控制器产品中的应用

摘要
分布式数据库是分布式技术和传统数据库相结合的产物,反映出数据库系统从集中化向非集中化发展的必然趋势。特别是九十年代以后,新兴网络与通信基础设施的大规模建设迫切需要大量数据信息的分散管理和分布操作进一步推动了分布式数据处理技术的不断完善和突破,以满足这一特定环境下的特殊要求。
     第三代移动通信标准(3G IMT-2000)是以码分多址(CDMA)为主要特征的远距离无线接入技术,cdma2000是3G国际标准之一,集中基站控制器(CBSC)是cdma2000无线通信网络中的基站系统(BSS)的重要组成部分。作为一个大型电信级系统设备,CBSC必须稳定可靠运行。CBSC系统机框内多个单板的数据分布性引起数据库的分布,并对数据库的实时响应等多项指标提出了更严格的要求。
     本文首先追溯分式数据库的历史背景,阐述其基本概念和技术。其次,强调分布式数据库在抽象通信网络系统中的关注要点。再次,简要介绍第三代移动通信的演化历程和CDMA关键技术,以及CDMA和现有通信技术的比较。接着,系统地解释cdma2000移动通信网络的组成和CBSC的基本构成。然后,详细讨论分布式数据库技术是如何应用于CBSC系统中,在其中行使的主要功能和如何实现其功能。最后,介绍开发调试工具及方法步骤,提出个人的改进建议。
DDB is the result of combination of distributed technology and traditional database, which reflects the definite tendency of the database system from centralization to discentralization. Especially after 1990, the constructions of rising networks and communication infrastructures on a large scale pressingly need scattered management and distributed operation on mass data and information, which further boosts continual perfectness and breakthrough in the disposal of distributed data so as to meet special demand of the given environment.
    The 3rd Generation mobile communication standards, chiefly characterizing CDMA, are wireless access technologies for far distance, cdma2000 is one of the 3G international standards, and Central Base Station Controller is important part of Base Station System in the cdma2000 wireless mobile communication network. As a good-sized telecommunication system device, CBSC must runs stably and safely. The distribution of data on many circuit boards inside machine frame of the CBSC system gives rise to that of database, moreover bringing forth even more stern requirements.
    Firstly, this paper casts back the historical background of DDB and expatiates on the basic concept and technical key. Secondly, emphasize what it focuses on in abstract communication network system. Again, simply introduce the evolutional course of the 3rd mobile communication and the key technology of CDMA, as well as the comparison between CDMA and communication technologies today. Next , systematically explain the composition of cdma2000 mobile communication network and the fundamental framework of CBSC. Then, discuss in detail how the DDB technology applies to the CBSC system and how to realize its function. At last, expound developing & debugging tool as well as procedure, and bring forth personal view of improvement.
