基于GIS的机场雷达视域分析与精度分析

摘要
通视性分析又称覆盖分析或视域分析。目前,已经在军事、通信、房地产、地面广播电视信号传播、无线电寻呼传播、无线网络等众多领域得以广泛应用。随着民用航空业的飞速发展,其在航空运输业中的运用也越来越频繁。
     文章论述了通视性分析的理论研究进展及其在多个领域的研究现状,提出了其在机场这个特定领域研究的必要性;对雷达视域分析的表现形式——雷达探测范围的研究现状进行了分析,指出了当前雷达探测范围图表现方面存在的问题。传统的雷达探测范围图是通过二维图形或图表的形式来显示和表达的,不能准确的反映出三维地形环境中雷达发射的电磁信息的分布态势,为此文章提出了运用GIS技术来完成地形环境的三维空间建模,并在三维模型的基础上实现雷达探测范围的显示,从而使雷达探测范围图的表达更准确。在此基础上文章还基于GIS技术实现了通视性分析建模与精度分析建模,并开发实现了机场雷达视域分析和精度分析系统。该系统在三维地形模型的基础上,实现对雷达监测站点的定位动态分析,在既满足了定位精度要求又满足经济成本最低的条件下,布设最佳数量的雷达实现对机场所辖范围以及机场外广域范围的覆盖。
     文章的主要研究内容包括:基于GIS的通视性分析方法研究;通视分析模型和精度分析模型的建立;开发实现了基于GIS的机场雷达的通视性分析与精度分析系统。
     文章得到的主要成果包括:采用基于DEM数据的雷达探测范围图,准确的反映出了三维地形环境中雷达发射的电磁信息的分布态势,实现了电磁信息在
     三维地形环境中的表现,改进了传统雷达探测范围图的显示与表达;完成了基于数字高程模型(DEM)的机场雷达站点的动态分析以及对雷达站点的定位精度误差分析。
The visibility analysis is widely used in military, correspondence, realty, airwaves, network, and so on. At present, it is also widely used in aviation, along with the development of the aviation.
     The paper particularly discusses the evolvement of the visibility analysis in the theory research and the application status in multi-domains, brings forward the necessity of the research in the especial domain of airdrome. Further more, the represent form of the visibility analysis of radar viz. detection range of radar is emphatically explained. At the same time , the paper puts forward the existent problem in the display of the detection range of radar, which manifested by second-dimension graph. Due to the single representation of second dimension graph, the distributing situation of the electromagnetism information couldn’t be represented three-dimensionally. So, the paper brings forward three-dimensional modeling based on the GIS, also realizes the display of the detection range of radar on DEM. In addition, the paper realizes the model of visibility analysis and accuracy analysis based on GIS and the system of visibility analysis and accuracy analysis. The aim of the system is the realization of the dynamic analysis of orientation, in order to realize the airport overlay by radar, in the condition of lowest cost and high accuracy.
     The main contents of this study are as follows: the theory of the visibility analysis; the model of visibility analysis and accuracy analysis; the system of visibility analysis of radar and accuracy analysis of passive location in the air station based on the GIS; system structure and system function, the developing method and the needing software.
     The results are as follows: It puts forward the improved method aiming at the display of the detection range of radar; Secondly, the paper realizes the auto adjustment of the radar’s position. Thirdly, it puts forward the model of accuracy analysis.
