W钢铁储运公司的仓储与运输策略

摘要
长久以来,我国钢铁行业,只注重产能的提高,而忽略了物流水平的提高。而近年来,物流问题越来越受到国内外各大钢铁企业的重视。
仓储与运输是钢铁物流企业的重要部分,也是阻碍我国钢铁物流发展的瓶颈环节之一,钢铁企业或钢铁物流型企业仓储运输水平的高低,直接影响到企业钢铁物流的整体水平。本文主要以W钢铁集团储运公司为研究对象,并对该公司的仓储运输发展情况进行研究。文章首先从总体上介绍了当前我国钢铁物流的发展状况,对国内外钢铁物流的研究情况进行了大致的描述,找出我国与国外钢铁物流发达国家之间的差距,并简单介绍了一下本文的研究方法。接着,对W钢铁集团储运公司的概况进行了简单介绍,然后分析了该企业发展为现代物流企业的优劣势和现状。本文通过原料输入和产成品销售输出两个物流业务平台,分别对储运公司废钢铁原料和钢铁产成品的仓储运输环节存在的问题进行了总体分析。文章分析了公司在废钢铁的仓储运输工作上的重难点,尤其对废钢铁原料库存盘点问题展开讨论,提出了可操作性的方案,并针对废钢铁运输的特点和公司现有的能力,给出几点改进建议。最后对储运公司现存的产成品储运问题进行了分析。由于销售物流是公司的主营核心业务,同时也是问题相对较多、较复杂的业务,因而这也是本文的一个重点,它分别从设施和管理两方面,提出了解决问题的规划设计。
Some years ago, the Iron and steel companies focused on the rising of production in China. They didn’t think it important to develop logistics. However, iron and steel corporations begin to pay more attention to logistics recently.
Storage and transportation are important parts of iron and steel logistics, and also the bottle-neck which decides the capability of iron and steel logistics. This article is written to study Storage and Transportation Company of W Iron and Steel Corporation, and its storage and transportation development status. Firstly, the article introduces the present situation of iron and steel logistics in the country. And then it describes the difference and gap of iron and steel logistics between the overseas and the domestic. Meanwhile the article introduces the study methods of this article. It gives a general situation including advantages and disadvantages for W Storage and Transportation Company. Then the article introduces the platform of raw material inputting and the platform of product outputting. Separately this article analyzes the storage of materials of scrap iron and steel and the storage of steel products. It also analyzes the key-point of storage of scrap iron-and-steel, especially emphasizes on inventory check. Based on the analysis and the company’s specialties and capability, the thesis designs solution scheme and suggestions for improvement. The last part analyzes the storage and transportation of finished products and defines the current problems. The sales logistics is the core business of the company and this point is presented, there are more difficulties and problems for it, so this part is very important. The thesis designs solution project both for equipment and management.
