基于供应链管理的CG公司煤炭采购管理研究

摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,制造型企业正面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争。企业要想生存和发展,必须采用先进的管理思想、管理模式和管理手段,加强供应链管理。采购管理是供应链管理的重要环节。
     CG公司是中国大型钢铁生产企业之一,为进一步降低企业生产成本,改善企业经营状况,提高企业核心竞争力,实施供应链管理已成为CG公司发展的客观要求。本文通过对CG公司煤资源采购供应的详细调研,并对国际国内的煤资源供求形势进行了分析,指出了CG公司实施供应链管理的必要性。同时运用供应链管理思想和供应商管理理论对CG公司煤资源采购供应存在的问题进行了剖析,提出CG公司必须从战略采购的角度出发,按照产品质量及稳定供应的综合标准选择、评价供应商,建立适合CG公司自身条件的战略采购框架。通过对CG公司的采购管理现状进行剖析,提出了对供应商管理的改进意见,对于CG公司采购管理工作具有一定的现实意义和指导意义。
In under the economical globalization background, the manufacture enterprise is facing the more and more intense market competition. The enterprise needs to want to survive and to develop, must use the advanced management thought, the management pattern and the management method, the enhancement supply chain management. The purchase management supplies the important link which the chain manages.
    CG Corporation is one of Chinese large-scale steel and iron production enterprises, is further reduces the enterprise production cost, the improvement enterprise management condition, enhances the enterprise core competitive ability, the implementation supply chain management has become the CG corporate growth the objective request. This article through to the CG Corporation coal resources purchase supply detailed investigation and study, and has carried on the analysis to the international domestic coal resources supply and demand situation, had pointed out CG Corporation implements supplies the necessity which the chain manages. Meanwhile managed the theory using the supply chain strategy management thought and the supplier to carry on the analysis to the CG Corporation coal resources purchase supply existence question, proposed CG Corporation had highly to embark from the strategic purchase, according to the product quality and the stable supply comprehensive standard choice, the appraisal supplier, the establishment had the CG Corporation own characteristic the strategic purchase frame. Through manages the present situation to the CG Corporation's suppliers to carry on the analysis, proposed manages the improvement opinion to the supplier, purchases the supervisory work regarding CG Corporation to have the important practical significance and the instruction significance.
