不同运动方式对骨质疏松症影响的比较研究

摘要
通过自行设计的不同方式运动的实验方案,采用对比方法,探讨不同运动方式对骨质疏松症影响的比较,以期探索出哪种运动方式对预防及改善骨质疏松症有更佳的趋势。
     采用不同运动方式的运动方案对48名中年妇女进行了24周的运动,同时设定对照组8名,并在运动前后对受试者进行相关指标的测定,实验结果表明:
     (1)经过24周对照组BUA、SOS、STI均呈下降趋势,绝经后的中年妇女骨质流失较明显。A组(踢毽子)、B组(跳绳)、C组(扇子舞)、D组(太极拳)、E组(负重深蹲)、F组(登台阶)对减缓其骨质流失均有不同程度的作用。
     (2)经24周运动后,通过BUA的测试,B组(跳绳)、D组(太极拳)、E组(负重深蹲)、F组(登台阶)对改善BMD有作用,其中B组效果更为显著。
     (3)经过24周运动后,通过SOS测试,B组(跳绳)、D组(太极拳)、E组(负重深蹲)、F组(登台阶)对改善骨弹性及内部结构有作用。
     (4)经过24周运动后通过,通过STI测试,B组(跳绳)、D组(太极拳)、E组(负重深蹲)、F组(登台阶)对改善骨硬度有作用,其中B组、D组效果均比较显著,但B组效果最好。
     (5)针对本实验的运动项目,综合实验结果说明:跳绳更适宜作为治疗骨质疏松症的最佳运动,其次是负重深蹲,但需综合考虑骨质疏松患者的年龄、兴趣爱好。
Different ways through self-designed program of exercise test, using comparative methods to explore the different sports on the Comparison of the effects of osteoporosis, which sports to explore ways to improve osteoporosis prevention and a better trend. Different movement pattern of the exercise program on 48 middle-aged women 24 weeks of exercise, while setting the control group 8, and the subjects before and after exercise on the determination of the related indicators, results showed that: (1) After 24 weeks control group BUA, SOS, STI are declining, middle-aged women after menopause, bone loss is obvious. A (shuttlecock), B group (skipping), C group (fan dance), D group (Taijiquan) E group (squat), F group (board level) to the alleviation of their different degree of bone loss role. (2) by 24 weeks of exercise, the test by BUA, B group (skipping), D group (Taijiquan) E group (squat), F group (board level) have a role in improving BMD, including effect of group B more significant. (3) After 24 weeks of exercise, through the SOS test, B group (skipping), D group (Taijiquan) E group (squat), F group (board level) to improve bone flexibility and the role of the internal structure. (4) after 24 weeks after exercise by, through STI testing, B group (skipping), D group (Taijiquan) E group (squat), F group (board level) have a role in improving the hardness of bone, in which group B , D group effects are more significant, but the B group best. (5) sports for the experiment, comprehensive experimental results show that: skipping more appropriate treatment of osteoporosis as the best sports, followed by the squat, subject to considering the interests of patients with osteoporosis.
