红三环品牌经营策略研究

摘要
品牌尤其是具有良好美誉度的品牌是企业获取竞争优势、进占目标市场的有力武器。在烟草行业,由于烟草制品的物质特性是高度相似的,消费者购买和消费某种香烟,主要是受品牌因素的影响,因此品牌效应尤为显著。本文拟首先通过对红三环品牌运营成功经验的总结来发现其值得加以发扬的闪光点;其次,对红三环品牌运营的企业宏观环境、企业微观环境、行业和竞争者、消费者需求行为进行分析;再次,从品牌定位、品牌设计、品牌传播、品牌更新与拓展几个方面,对红三环品牌运营策略进行分析;最后,通过前述对红三环品牌运营的发展历程、品牌运营环境以及品牌运营策略的系统分析,提出红三环品牌运营策略的改进建议,从而帮助红三环完善品牌运营体系,以应对日益激烈的市场竞争。
The brand especially those with good reputation is a strong weapon for enterprise to obtain the advantage of competition, and to occupy the goal market. In the tobacco industry, because the material character of the tobacco goods is highly similar, that is to say, the consumer is mainly affected by the factor of brand in the course of deciding to buy and consume what kind of cigarette, so that the effect of brand is particularly remarkable. Firstly, this thesis finds the advantages that worth developing through summarizing the successful experience of Red Three Ring. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the internal and external market environment, the industry and competitors, the demanding behavior of consumer that around the brand of Red Three Ring, Thirdly, this thesis analyzes the running strategy of Red Three Ring, from several aspects such as the placing, the designing, the propagating, the upgrading and the expanding of the brand. Finally, this thesis proposes the suggestions to improve the running strateg
    y of Red Three Ring, by analyzing the development course, environment and strategy of the running of this brand. The purpose of this article is to help Red Three Ring perfecting the system of its running of the brand, so that it can face with the more and more drastic market competition.
