小提花牛仔布创新设计与生产工艺研究

摘要
牛仔布以其独特的魅力创造了“百年时尚”的神话，本文通过对牛仔布历史文化、品种演变过程的分析，着力挖掘牛仔布品种开发的潜力，研究探索增加牛仔布技术含量的生产工艺措施。本文结合工厂生产实际，确定提花牛仔布系列产品为本课题研究方向，并对牛仔布新品种的开发思路及设计定位方法进行了较为深入的研究。
研究得知：通过小提花系列牛仔布产品结构创新设计，改变了牛仔布常规的素色效果，布面呈现出丰富多变的花纹效应。在设计时，应注意充分考虑合理利用现有生产设备条件，控制小提花用综页数在16页以内，合理配置提花部分经纬纱浮长点，适当调整增加提花牛仔布产品的紧度，以保证织造产品质量。
在新产品生产研制过程中，笔者对小提花牛仔布使用多页综框的生产技术以及弹力纱在牛仔布产品中的设计运用等关键技术方面进行了探讨。生产实践研究表明，在电子多臂剑杆织机上采用多页综框织造牛仔布时，可以通过调整花经、地经综框在织机上的排列顺序、各页综框的排列高度以及综框织造动程等工艺参数的合理配置，保证经纱开口清晰，织造工程顺利进行，同时满足织物的布面风格的要求。
另外，新产品质量检测结果显示出弹力纱在小提花牛仔布产品中的设计运用，是进一步提高牛仔布的产品质量和使用价值的有效途径之一。
新产品是纺织企业不断发展、谋求商机的核心竞争力，本文对提花牛仔布系列新产品的开发设计与生产实践作了较为全面的研究和阐述，对牛仔布企业有重要的参考价值。
Denim created the myth of the "hundred years vogue" with its special magic appeal,through analyzing of the denim history and culture, studying the reasons of why denimspread from the angle of view that the deep layer culture content of the culture art, thepotential development of the denim are scooped out, the denim technique measure withproducing are also studied. Combining the practice experience, the developments of fancydenim product series are the studying points, we also study new product in denim anddesigns position of the processing method.
The studying shows that the surface of the new fancy denim product fulfills withchanging colors with the creation of the fabric texture, and cause changes in new texturestyle. At the Same time, we should pay more attention to the condition of the equipment inthe fabric mill, controlling the count of the harness less than sixteen.
In the processing of new denim products, we should arrange the harness placementand adjust its highness in order to keep the Weaving motion and the qualities of the fabricstyle. In addition, using elastic yarns will improve the qualities of the new denim products.
Producing the new breed in new denim products are the core competencies, so theyseek business opportunities continuously with new products.
The developments and practices on the denim series are studied and described indetails in this paper. It will give good reference to the denim enterprise.
