朝5区块侧钻井开发效果研究

摘要
套管侧钻井是指在原套管内某一特定深度处开窗或段铣后侧钻出新井眼。它包括侧钻斜井、定向井和侧钻水平井。侧钻井最突出的特点是可使老井、停产停注井复活,挖掘剩余油,使老油田恢复产能;可以充分利用原井场、原井的上部井眼和原有的输油输气管线,明显节省投资。
     朝阳沟油田由于存在原油物性差、储层渗透率低、泥岩吸水等特点,因此在注水开发过程中会造成大量的低产井、停产井以及套损井,由于这些井无法正常生产,注采关系不完善,使平面及纵向储量动用程度差,影响了开发效果。通过开展侧钻井技术试验,可以提高老井利用率,提高地质储量动用采收率,改善油田开发效果,且可降低钻井成本。
     本文针对朝阳沟油田朝5-朝5北区块在开发过程中形成的低产井、报废井、关停井,通过地质建模及数值模拟研究确定该区块目前剩余油分布情况,同时结合有效厚度、砂体分布状况以及剩余地质储量等因素的分析,确定出侧钻井的井型。再根据斜井、水平井的产能预测模型对侧钻井进行了产能预测,最后,应用技术经济学原理,以内部收益率、投资回收期、财务净现值等作为经济评价指标,通过对侧钻井投资、成本、销售收入的估算以及各经济评价指标的求取,实现对侧钻井的经济效益评价,从评价结果中可以看出由于侧钻井仍利用原井场、原采油配套工具,所以节省了投资,提高了侧钻井的经济效益。
Casing sidetracking well refers to window cutting or section milling at a particular depthand then drilled a new borehole in the original casing. It includes inclined well, direction welland sidetrack horizontal well. The most prominent feature of sidetracking well and sidetrackhorizontal well is that they can make the old wells and closed well reclaim, tap the remainingoil and make old oil field recovery capacity; they can use the original well site, the upper partof the original well borehole and the original oil pipelines, so the advantage of them issignificant savings in investment.
     Due to Chaoyanggou oil field presence the characteristics of poor crude oil physicalproperties, low permeability reservoir and mudstone absorbent, so in the water injectiondevelopment process will cause numbers of low-yielding wells、cut-off wells and the largeproportion of casing damaged wells, because these wells can not produce normally, and therelationship of injection and production is imperfect, so that the producing degree of reservesis poor in plane and vertical, these all affecting the development effect. Through the test oflateral drilling technology can increase the utilization of old wells and improve oil recovery ofthe geological reserves, improve the effect of oil field development and reduce drilling costs.
     This paper is aimed at the low-yielding wells, abandoned wells, shutting down wellswhich formed in the development process at Chao5-Chao5North block of Chaoyanggou oilfield. Determine the distribution of remaining oil by the geological modeling and numericalsimulation of the block, combined with analysis of effective thickness、 sand bodydistribution、the remaining geological reserves and the other factors to determine the well typeof sidetracking well, then calculated the deliverability of sidetracking well based on theproducing predict model of inclined well and horizontal well. Finally, by apply the principlesof economics, take internal rate of return, payback period, NPV as economic evaluationindicator, by estimated the drilling investment, costs, sales revenue of sidetracking well aswell as calculated the economic evaluation indicators, to achieve the economic efficiencyevaluation of the sidetracking well. Owned to still use the original well site, the original oilrecovery supporting tools, so the sidetracking well can save investment, improve theeconomic benefits, these can be seen from the evaluation results.
