苯甲酸液相催化氧化合成苯酚的工艺优化研究

摘要
苯酚是一种重要的有机化工原料,用途广泛。在苯酚的众多合成方法中,
    甲苯氧化法显示出优势和潜力。本文研究了苯甲酸液相空气催化氧化合成苯
    酚在2L不锈钢反应器中进行的反应,考察了反应规律,并对反应工艺条件进
    行了优化。通过单因子实验选定了反应的最佳工艺条件;通过均匀实验设计,
    建立了半连续实验中苯酚产率与相关实验条件在本实验条件范围内的回归模
    型;重复实验最高产率达到82.7%。经熔点测定和红外光谱分析,确证产品
    是苯酚。最后,对苯酚的精制和物料与催化剂的回收处理也进行了研究。实
    验结果表明,本工艺已达到了工业化应用的要求。
Phenol, as a essential chemical material, is widely utilized. Among its many synthetic methods, the means by toluene oxidation has gained superiority and potential for development. In this paper, the react of benzoic acid catalytically oxidized to phenol in the liquid phase in a 2L stainless steel reactor was studied, emphasis was put on the law of the reaction and the process optimization. The optimum process conditions were found by single factor experiments. A regression equation that expressed the relation between the phenol yield and some reaction conditions of the semi-continuous experiment under the experimental conditions was given by homogeneous experimental design. The maximum yield of the reaction was 82.7%. The product was characterized by melt point and IR spectra analysis. Also, purification of products and reuse of input material and catalyst were investigated. The results from the experiments suggest that the process has met the request of industrialization.
