瓷砂均质滤料过滤性能的实验研究

摘要
本文针对包钢薄板坯连铸连轧新水处理工艺中所采用的新型滤料——瓷砂均质滤料的过滤特性进行了研究。在不同的进水浊度、不同的加药量、不同的滤速下出水水质的变化,对瓷砂滤料过滤性能进行了模型试验研究。
     通过实验数据,对滤层水头损失的变化,滤层截污量,截污滤层阻力增长及过滤周期、滤速关系进行了分析研究,并利用计算机进行了数据统计,得出相关参数之间的数学关系。通过滤层分层取样,对各取样点的水头损失的分析,得出瓷砂滤料较一般滤料过滤性能优越的结论。
     本文还对瓷砂滤料气水反冲洗的机理进行了研究。认为污物由滤料表面脱落是颗粒碰撞和水流剪切两者综合作用的结果。并提出了针对生产工艺最有效的冲洗方式和冲洗参数,可作为实际运行工艺参考。
This article makes a model test research to filter function of porcelain sand filter according to the new material-porcelain sand filter-that BaoGang uses in the new water processing technology of sheet semifinished turbidity of the inlet water ,different medicine and variation of outlet water quality in different filter velocity. By test data, variation of water head damage in filter lager and quantify of intercept filth in filter lager, filter cycle, analyse research of filter relation and data count by computer. I reach a mathematics relation among related coefficients. By sampling in different filter layer and analyse of water head damage in all sampling point, I draw a condusion about filter function of porcelain sand filter is superior to the general filters.
    By research of mechanism of air and water anti-washout of the porcelain sand filter. I think that the filth dropout from surface of filter comes from synthetical action of the particles collide and current sheer ad put forward the most efficient outwash style and outwash coefficient in produce technology and it can use as technology f reference in practical application.
