潍坊天马酒店管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着我国经济的发展,假日经济和旅游经济已成为人们消费的热点,各地也把旅游业当作本地经济发展的重要支柱之一,从而促进了酒店业的快速发展。随着酒店越来越多,其竞争也越来越激烈。酒店的服务管理水平对提高竞争力起到决定性作用,在这种情况下,建立酒店管理信息系统成为解决此问题的有效途径之一。酒店管理系统是较为典型的管理信息系统,它充分发挥管理信息系统(MIS)的辅助决策支持的功能,使管理层和决策层随时可以在自己的客户端上获得目前酒店的经营状况,从而提高酒店的利润、降低酒店成本。
     本文基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)的软件架构,设计、开发了基于网络的潍坊天马大酒店管理系统。针对酒店管理系统客房在位置上的分散性,逻辑上的集中性,以及客户的松散耦合等特殊性,服务多样性等;该系统采用面向对象软件建模方法,进行系统需求分析;提出了系统的总体设计方案,并采用Borland Delphi 7.0和MS SQL Server2000开发工具,自顶向下逐步求精的软件设计方法,融入面向对象的分析手段和研究方法。在酒店管理系统的建立过程中,主要参照潍坊天马大酒店的服务流程,结合当前酒店工作人员的计算机操作能力,完成了系统的需求、设计和编码方案。
     本系统应用到潍坊天马大酒店管理中,提高了客户服务质量,规范统一了服务标准,实现了前台预定、客户服务等部门数据共享,促进了高效、科学和完整的管理体系的建立。
Along with economic development in our country, holiday economy and tour eco-nomy have been become hot point of people’s consumption,All the country also regard t-he tourism as one of the most important stanchion of developing local economy, which promotes the fast development of the hotel and cabaret industry. Meanwhile, along with the more and more hotels and cabarets, it becomes much more competitive in hotel and cabaret industry.However,the service management level of the cabaret plays vital role in improving its competitive ability.Under such circumstance, establishing the hotel mana-gement information system becomes one of the valid paths to resolve this problem. The system of hotel management is a typical application of management information system (MIS), The hotel management system fully uses the assistant decision-making function of MIS. It makes it possible for the management and decision-making level to obtain the business status at any time using their own clients, which accordingly increase the profi-t of the hotel and reduce the cost.
     Based on the browser/server(B/S) software infrastructure, this thesis designs and developes this network-based MIS. The establishment of this information system is mainly reference the service process of WeiFang Pegasus hotel. This thesis makes an analysis of system requirement and a system analytic model and design theme for customer-relationship management system of Hotel according to its particularity by using object-oriented method. This system chiefly is using computer and software development terrace that is mutually related, namely Borland Delphi 7.0 and MS SQL Server2000's development tool. Adopting from the top begs the refined software design method downward, and melts into analysis means and the research method towards the object that the software all adopted now, and combine the concept of management information system development, structure and basic step and the principle of software development. The establishment of this information system is mainly reference the service process of WeiFang Pegasus hotel. Taking into consideration of the computer operation skill of the hotel working staff, this article completes the requirement investigation, system design and coding.
     This system has improved the service quality of Pegasus hotel and standardized the service criteria. It realized the data sharing by counter reservation, customer service and kitchen processing, etc, which facilitates the establishment of efficient, scientific and integrated management system.
