高新技术企业研发—营销部门横向信任与合作关系研究

摘要
环境的动荡给高新技术企业竞争提出了新的挑战。研发-营销部门合作对高新技术企业发展具有重要影响,然而现实中研发-营销部门合作并不尽人意,诸多原因导致合作障碍,其中很重要的一个原因就是研发与营销部门之间缺乏横向信任。加强研发-营销部门横向信任的相关研究,探讨研发-营销部门横向信任影响合作的关系路径,将有助于从理论上更好地指导高新技术企业提升研发-营销部门横向信任水平,增进研发与营销部门互动与合作,减少研发与营销部门间摩擦与冲突,提升企业内部凝聚力,改善企业绩效与效率,从而具有重要的现实意义。
     本文首先回顾了组织内部横向信任与跨部门合作的相关文献;随后探讨了高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任与合作的内涵,并对其进行了理论分析;然后提出了高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任与合作关系的模型和理论假设;最后通过问卷调研的141份有效样本,利用经典统计分析和结构方程模型对样本数据进行处理。实证研究结果表明:高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任能力和开放性要素对合作目标达成度具有显著影响;善意和开放性要素对合作满意度具有显著影响;组织公平对高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任与合作关系具有一定调节作用;企业产权性质和企业规模对高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任的影响差异是显著的;部门主管兴趣相似性和主观认识相似性对高新技术企业研发-营销部门横向信任的影响差异是显著的。此外,研究还意外的发现了研发-营销部门横向信任的善意要素对能力和开放性要素具有显著性影响,目标达成度对合作满意度具有显著性影响。
     本文对研发-营销部门横向信任等相关概念进行了界定,并编制了一份研发-营销部门横向信任量表,这为后续有关组织内部信任的研究打下了良好基础。
The environmental uncertainty brings new challenge to high-tech enterprise. Thecooperation between R&D department and marketing department in high-tech en-terprise has great in?uences to the development of the enterprise. But actually, thecooperation is not satisfied. Many factors cause the barriers to the cooperation. Oneof the most important factors is the lack of horizontal trust between R&D departmentand marketing department. Therefore, the research on how to strengthen this horizon-tal trust and how this horizontal trust in?uences the cooperation means a lot. It willguide the promoting of horizontal trust and the strengthening of cooperation betweenR&D department and marketing department theoretically, which has a great e?ecton enforcing the a?nity and e?ciency in high-tech enterprise, and this paper has itsactual significance.
     First, The paper takes the literature reviews on the horizontal trust in organi-zation and inter-department cooperation; second, the paper discusses the meanings ofhorizontal trust and cooperation between R&D department and marketing departmentin high-tech enterprise; third, the paper brings forward a model and theoretical hypoth-esis of relationship of horizontal trust and cooperation between R&D department andmarketing department in high-tech enterprise; fourth, with 141 valid sample data fromquestionnaires, the paper does the data processing by classic statistic analysis meth-ods and Structural Equation Model. The results demonstrate that: the capability andopenness makes a positive impact on performance achievement; goodwill and openness,which is the element of the horizontal trust between R&D department and marketingdepartment, makes positive impact on cooperation satisfaction; organizational justicehas a certain modulating e?ect on the relationship of horizontal trust and cooperationbetween R&D and marketing department in high-tech enterprise; the property rightand scale of enterprise has a positive impact on horizontal trust between R&D depart-ment and marketing department in high-tech enterprise; the similarity of subjectivecognition of department manager has distinct in?uence on the horizontal trust of R&Ddepartment and marketing department. In addition, this paper accidentally foundsthat the goodwill has great in?uences on the capacity and openness, and performanceachievement also has a positive impact on cooperation satisfaction.
     This paper defines the concept of the horizontal trust between R&D and marketingdepartment, and compiles an questionnaire of horizontal trust of R&D department andmarketing department, which makes a good foundation to the following research workon the of trust in a organization.
