日本在走向经济、政治大国中的天皇外交

摘要
本文主要考察了天皇外交在日本走向经济、政治大国过程中的地位及作用。全文除导论和结语外，共分四章。
导论论证了天皇外交的概念，简要阐述了其产生和发展的原因。
第一章，盟军占领时期，裕仁天皇通过个人外交维护了“国体”，稳定了国内局势。利用美苏对峙之际，力促美国单独与日媾和，使日本提前获得了国家独立。这一时期形成的安保体制成为日本经济发展的基础。
第二章，经济腾飞时期，明仁皇太子代替裕仁出访欧美及东南亚的一些国家，通过“国际亲善”，努力消除国际社会对日本的憎恶心理，改善日本的国际形象，提高日本的国际地位，给经济的高速发展铺平了道路。
第三章，战略调整时期，日本提出要做“政治大国”的口号。日本政府推动裕仁天皇以“国家元首”身份先后访问欧美国家，对内对外宣扬天皇权威，努力塑造天皇在日本传统国家主义中的核心地位。
第四章，裕仁天皇病逝后，明仁天皇继续进行元首化的天皇外交，重点访问亚洲国家，成为日本全球化时代外交战略的有力补充。明仁积极开展“谢罪外交”，实现了皇室对战争责任的清算。
结语总结了天皇外交的作用，概括了其基本特征，并进一步分析了影响天皇外交发展走势的几个因素，认为未来天皇外交的政治色彩将淡化，礼仪、“国际亲善”的功能将大大发挥，这完全符合战后世界范围内皇室发展的潮流。
This paper tries to make an approach to the position and functions of the Japanese Emperor Diplomacy on the road to a great Economic and Political Power. The whole body is divided into four chapters except the introduction and the conclusion.
The section of introduction defines the concept of the Japanese Emperor Diplomacy, and narrates concisely the reasons of its emergence and development.
Chapter I :During the Occupation years, the Emperor Hirohito through meeting with MacArthur to maintain Japanese kokutei, then himself was regarded simply as a "symbol of the state", a token of stability, which helps to keep the domestic situation in order. He also carried out some diplomatic activities, taking full use of the rivalry between U.S. and Soviet Union, to urged the Dulles who represented American government to sign the peace treaty with Japan singly in order to acquire independence ahead of the schedule. Under the Emperor's promotion, the U.S.?Japan Anpo System had been established, which became the foundation of Japanese economy development in the post-war.
Chapter II :Through the economy high growth period, the crown prince Akihito had visited West Europen, Southeast Asia and American on behalf of the Emperor Hirohito. He succeeded in eliminating the loathe towards Japan hold by International society, improving Japanese International image, elevating Japanese International situation through his visiting. All that his amicable activities paved the way for making Japan open to, accepted by and respected by the rest of the world.
Chapter III:Along with the adjusting of strategic aims, Japan put forward the slogan of being a Political Power. Arranged by Japanese government, the Emperor Hirohito visited the Europen countries and America formally by the identity of "head of state", preaching the Emperor's Might domestically and abroad, and confirming his core position in the traditional nationalism.
Chapter IV: After the death of the Hirohito, prince Akihito inherited the throne, and he continued to carry out the Emperor Diplomacy as the "head of state". He was the first of the Japanese Emperor to visit Asia: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and
China. In his visiting, he representing for the Japanese Emperor Family offered an apology to these countries for the Japanese army's destruction and cruelty in the war. This is of great benefit to Japanese global diplomatic strategy carrying out smoothly.
The last section concluded the functions and characters of the Japanese Emperor Diplomacy, and further analyzed three factors that will affect the development trend of the Japanese Emperor Diplomacy, and suggested that its politic character be fading gradually. At the same time, its functions of amicable, ceremonial will be strengthened, which accords with the evolutionary current of the World Emperor Family after the War.
