翅片管式蒸发器CAD与虚拟制冷教学系统

摘要
本文主要阐述了风冷翅片管式蒸发器的设计、优化、仿真与参数化绘图。针对不同的研究目的,分别采用分段模型与节点模型对蒸发器进行了热力分析与计算,并使用Visual Lisp对蒸发器进行参数化绘图。
     此外,本文还对基于Web的虚拟制冷教学系统做了部分工作,使其空调器与电冰箱部分的教学能够满足网上教学的要求,并对整个系统进行了调试与改进。
The paper mainly describes the design, optimization, simulation and the parametric drawing of Air-Cooled Plate-Finned-Tube Evaporator. The main research includes the thermoanalysis and calculation of evaporator respectively adopting the separated region model and the node model, and the parametric drawing of the evaporator by using Visual Lisp.
    This paper also give a supplement to the virtual refrigeration educational system based on the Web, which is constructed by the Cryogenics Labrotory, so that it can satisfy the requirement of teaching on the Internet about air-conditioner and refrigerator, meanwehile, there is some work about the debugging and improvement of the whole system.
