分布式移动GIS的研究

摘要
随着分布式技术、地理信息技术、无线移动通信技术、移动计算技术、全球定位技术(GPS,Global Position System)的发展,分布式移动地理信息系统(Distributed Mobile Geographic Information System,DMGIS)作为一个新的概念被提出。无论在任何时候,任何地方,向任何人提供地理信息服务(Wheneve,Whereve,Whoever),成为诸多移动通信商所争相提倡的理念。然而迄今对于分布式移动GIS的体系结构和工作平台一直没有定论,因此目前研究分布式移动GIS最重要的任务是确定具体合理的框架。
     DMGIS是一个庞大的基础建设。论文从分布式移动地理信息系统的定义、体系结构模型和工作平台出发,以DMGIS结构上的三部分为经线,五层体系为纬线,展开论述和研究。在每个部分中,又以探讨目前移动地理信息中出现的具体问题为主。移动站部分文章集中在移动站定位技术;无线通讯部分丈章重点介绍对于空间数据无线传输策略算法的研究;固定监控中心部分文章则主要论述了监控系统中的地图匹配问题和多源数据集成模式等问题。
     结合防汛抗旱指挥的现状,文章提出“基于B/S结构的移动指挥车监控系统”实例,系统具有车辆移动定位跟踪、车辆移动导航等移动地理信息的基本功能。
While Distributed Computing Technology, GIS( Geographic Information System), Wireless Mobile Communication Technology, GPS (Global Position System) and Mobile Computing Technology are being improved promptly, Distributed Mobile GIS, DMGIS, presented as a new theory, is under popular discussion now. Whenever, wherever and whoever, which means to provide GIS service to whomever whenever and wherever he is, becomes a fashionable idea shared by those mobile communication and telecom providers. However, there has been no uniform decision about DMGIS architecture, structure and running platform yet. Therefore, to do some research in DMGIS, the most important work is to design a rational and scientific framework hi detail and establish certain essential standard.
    DMGIS is such a hunge infrastructure that combines advanced technologies of various fields. The thesis organizes and describes its research in the sequence of five-tile architecture as longitude and three structure portions as altitude. In each section, it focuses on several representative problems of DMGIS. In mobile station section, it concentrates on mobile position technology; in wirless communication section, it sets emphases on the algorithm of spatial data wireless transmission;in fixed monitoring center section, map matching and multi-source integration are discussed remarkably.
    When it comes to Flood Control and Drought Relief, the author provides a "Mobile Vehicle Monitoring System Based on B/S Architecture" instance, which has some simple mobile GIS functions, including: mobile position and tracing, mobile navigation and mobile GIS query.
