新疆电信EAI系统的设计与实现

摘要
新疆电信为了更好地完成各项业务目标和计划,完成向以产品为主线,以市场为导向,以客户为中心、以效益为目标的现代化企业转变,形成集团化运作,提出了BOSS系统整合项目。新疆电信希望通过BOSS系统的实施,建设稳定可靠的系统平台和具有灵活性、扩展性和前瞻性的应用架构,改进工作效率,优化业务流程,提高企业的营销和服务能力,并带来深层的管理理念,带来新的业务模式,提高业务能力,成为企业管理的工具,固化员工的行为,发挥经营部门的龙头作用,结合前后端,带动后端的服务意识。另外,随着整个公司服务客户意识的提升,统一客户视图展示,统一客户费用展示,等信息的展示,这就对公司内部各IT系统的数据一致性也提了很高的要求。
     新疆电信BOSS项目共有MSS域、BSS域、OSS域共包含或大或小系统几十个,每一个业务流程都涉及到很多系统间的数据交互,完成一个业务流程都要很多很多系统互相配合,其中任何一个环节出错都要影响业务到业务的办理。所以就需要一个系统把这些分散的系统连接起来,让他们工作起来像一个有序的整体,随着BOSS项目的建设,新疆电信的EAI系统的建设也随即提了出来。新疆EAI系统就是把BOSS分散的系统能够紧密串联起来,在保证数据质量前提下,实现数据同步或异步更新;尽量缩小系统间的间隙,使系统使用人员能方便简单操作。这就要对新疆电信BOSS系统所有大大小小的系统的功能深入了解,然后调查业务需求,熟悉各个业务流程是如何在系统间流转的,然后针对这些系统功能和业务流程提出相应的解决方案。
In order to better accomplish the business objectives and plans to complete the main line to the product, market-oriented, customer-focused, efficient modern enterprises to change the target to form a group operation,Xinjiang telecommunication company made the BOSS system integration project. Xinjiang telecommunication company hopes the implementation of the BOSS system, building a stable and reliable platform with flexible, scalable and forward-looking application architecture, improve productivity, optimize business processes, improve marketing and service capabilities, and bring deep management concepts, new business models, improve operational capabilities as business management tools, curing behavior of employees, business sector to play a leading role, combined with front-end, back-end services to drive awareness. In addition, as the company's services to enhance customer awareness, unified view of the customer display, showing a unified client fees, and other information display, which the company's internal IT system data consistency has put high demands.
     Xinjiang Telecom domain BOSS project total MSS, BSS domain, OSS domain of large or small systems containing dozens, every business process involves a lot of system data exchange, to complete a business process to be many, many systems complement each other, any one part of an error must affect business to business processing. So we need a system to connect these disparate systems so that they work together as an ordered whole. With the BOSS project construction of the project, Xinjiang Telecom's construction of an EAI system also immediately put out. Xinjiang EAI system is decentralized system to the BOSS close together, under the premise of ensuring data quality, data synchronous or asynchronous updating, minimizing the gap between systems, so people can easily make the system easy to use operation. This requires all large and small, Xinjiang Telecom BOSS system features in-depth understanding of the system, then the investigation business needs, know how each business process is the transfer between systems, and finally for these system functions and business processes propose appropriate solutions.
