塑料异型材挤出模头中关键部位的计算机辅助设计

摘要
随着塑料门窗在我国的应用推广,对塑料异型材质量的要求也越来越高。塑料异型材挤出模具对异型材的质量起着重要的作用。国内外挤出模质量存在着较大的差距,主要原因是设计技术的差距。如何将经验设计与理论模型结合起来并建立起一套高效的挤出模CAD系统,一直是挤出模研究的一个重大课题。
     本文通过对挤出模头中几个关键部位的结构分析,以聚合物流变学为基础、热力学为基础,并结合材料力学,对挤出模中这些关键部位的设计给出了理论模型。并以VBA为工具对AutoCAD2000进行二次开发,将数学模型编制为应用程序模块,并将这些模块链接到原有的挤出模CAD系统EX-MOLD中。本文还利用了FLOW2000分析软件对模头中一些复杂的部位进行模拟分析,对挤出模的精确设计作了初步探索。
With the development of the plastic door-window industry, more high quality of plastic profiles is required. The plastic profile extrusion die is very important to the quality of plastic profile. There is a gap of die quality to some extent between home and abroad, manly because of the differences in design technology. How to combine the experience with the theory in profile die design and establish a effective extrusion die CAD system is always a important project in the research of extrusion die.
    Research of the key parts in extrusion die was based on the theory of rheology of the polymer melt and the thermodynamics, the paper established the mathematic models for the design of the key parts in extrusion die. According to the model, with the VBA language based on the AUTOCAD2000,the formula was compiled to a program mould which was connected to the EX-MOULD system. At last, the software of FLOW2000 was applied to the complicated parts in the extrusion die to simulate the real flow in the extrusion channel, which is a exploration of the accurate design for extrusion die.
