东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统协同机理与动力模式演化研究

摘要
东北地区是新中国最早建立起来的工业基地,作为我国最具发展潜力的三大制造业基地之一,其制造业的自主创新能力和水平不仅关系到东北地区的产业升级和经济振兴,而且决定着我国民族工业的未来发展和竞争实力。本文从自主创新活动的激发和促进因素入手,深入剖析东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的协同机理及动力模式的演化规律,对改善东北地区自主创新现状、提高老工业基地自主创新能力具有重要的现实意义。
     首先,本文从国内外研究现状出发,重点研究了产业自主创新动力的内涵、产业自主创新动力系统的内涵。界定了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的内涵,通过分析东北地区制造业产业自主创新利益主体,对东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的动力要素进行了识别。在实地访谈和问卷调查的基础上,运用因子分析、聚类分析等统计方法对产业自主创新动力要素进行类别和层次划分,将东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统划分为激发动力子系统和维持动力子系统。同时对东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的环境进行了分析。
     其次,对东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力要素之间的关系进行了假设,并用结构方程模型进行了验证,从而构建了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的结构模型。从多元性、相关性、统一性或一体性、整体性、层次性等方面分析了该动力系统的基本特性。运用协同学及其基本原理,根据序参量的定义和四个基本特征,确定了系统协同演化过程中的序参量。通过研究该动力系统协同过程中序参量之间的竞争、替代、主宰与伺服规律,建立激发动力子系统和维持动力子系统之间的动力学方程组,采用绝热消去法求出东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力系统的序参量方程。
     再次,运用演化经济学理论,描述了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化的动态轨迹。剖析了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化的前提条件、主要诱因和重要环节,进而构建东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化的过程模型。以东北地区汽车产业为例,通过收集东北地区汽车产业自主创新发展历程的数据和资料,分析了该产业自主创新动力要素的作用和变化,验证了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化过程的事实拟合性。
     最后,基于东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化机理的研究,以诱导序参量的演变、实现制造业主动式自主创新为目的,从序参量角度的有序演化引导政策和自组织理论角度的有序演化引导政策两个角度入手,建立了东北地区制造业产业自主创新动力模式演化的引导政策体系。
Northeast region of China is the earliest industrial base established in new China, being one of three principle manufacturing industrial bases in China with the greatest development potentials. Its independent innovation capability of manufacturing industry not only has a significant impact on industrial upgrading and economy revitalization in Northeast region, but also the considerable strategic implications for future development of national industries of China. Based on existing researches, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation into evolution of synergetic mechanism and dynamic model of independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industries in Northeast region. Detailed contents of the research include the following aspects:
     First, definition and characteristics of manufacturing industry, definition of industrial independent innovation have been made in this paper. Based on current status of domestic and foreign researches, connotation of dynamics of industrial independent innovation, as well as that of industrial independent innovation dynamic system is studied. The connotation of industrial independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region is made clear. By analyzing interest entities of independent innovation in manufacturing industry in Northeast region, dynamic factors of independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region are then identified. On the basis of field interviews and questionnaire investigations, statistic methods such as cluster analysis are used to classify categories and levels of industrial independent innovation dynamic factors. Industrial independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region are classified into motivation dynamic sub-system and guarantee dynamic sub-system. Meanwhile, environment of industrial independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region is also analyzed.
     Second, assumptions regarding the relationship among various industrial independent dynamic factors of manufacturing industry in Northeast region are made. Then, structural formula model is employed to verify, these assumptions. In this way, structural model of industrial independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region can be constructed. Basic characteristics of this dynamic system are analyzed from several aspects including pluralism, correlation, unity or oneness, integrity and hierarchy. Order parameters during the synergetic evolution of the system are determined using synergetic theories or its fundamental principles based on the definition and four fundamental characteristics of order parameters. By studying rules of competition, substitution, dominance and service among order parameters during the synergetic process of this dynamic system, formula sets of dynamics between motivation dynamics sub-system and guarantee dynamic sub-system are established. By adopting adiabatic elimination method, order parameter formula of industrial independent innovation dynamic system of manufacturing industry in Northeast region is generated.
     Third, applying theories of evolutionary economics, the dynamic track of evolution of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region is described. Pre-conditions, major inducements and important factors of evolution of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region are illustrated. Based on this, process model of evolution of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region can be established. Here, automobile industry in Northeast region is taken as an example. By gathering data and materials concerning the development history of industrial independent innovation of automobile industry in Northeast region, functions and changes of independent innovation dynamic factors of this industry are analyzed. Fact fitting of evolutionary process of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region has been verified.
     Last, on the basis of researches on evolutionary mechanism of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region, the evolution of inducement order parameters and realization of independent innovation of manufacturing industry are regarded as the objectives. From two perspectives of guiding policies for orderly evolution of order parameters and those of self-organization theories, guiding policy system of evolution of industrial independent innovation dynamic model of manufacturing industry in Northeast region is suggested.
