野战便携式高频X线机的研制

摘要
1895年伦琴发现X线并用于临床诊断,为医学的发展开辟了一条崭新的道路。100多年来,X线设备发展日新月异,经历了电子管时代、集成块时代、计算机时代,目前已进入数字化网络时代,CR和DR正替代传统的X线设备。X线技术也由工频技术(50Hz)向中频(400-20KHz)和高频(30KHz以上)技术发展。未来X线设备的发展方向主要围绕以下三个方面进行:
     1、提高X线的图像质量
     2、降低对医生和受检者的X线照射量
     3、实现操作和诊断自动化
     本文介绍了一种新型X线设备——野战高频便携式X线机的设计和研究,它采用高频技术,克服了传统X线设备重、体积大、不便携带等缺陷;运用微机技术,使X线机各种性能,比如自动曝光、实时监控和监测显示、故障警报、自动处理等,提高到一个新的水平;配备便携式运动机架和蓄电池,更有利于野战环境条件下使用。该设备具有以下主要特点:
     1、高频高压发生器
     2、模拟、数字双环控制的高精度PWM控制方式
     3、高精度的管电流控制
     4、故障自我保护、自我诊断
Since Roentgen discovered the X-ray and firstly used in the clinic diagnoses, the development of the medicine has come into an new era. The X-ray equipment has gone through the periods of electron tube, integration circuit and computer during these 100 years. Now it comes into the digital network era, in which traditional X-ray equipments are being replaced by CR and DR. The technology of X-ray equipment is getting progresses from working frequency to middle frequency(400-20KHz) and High Frequency (more than 30KHz). The development of the future X-ray equipment is mainly about three aspects as follows:
    1. Improve the quality of the X-ray image
    2. Diminish the X-ray irradiation exposure of doctors and patients
    3. Realize the automation of the operation and the diagnoses
    This thesis is about the design and the research of a new type of X-ray
    equipment-high frequency(HF), portable and field operation X-ray
    equipment, which uses the technology of HF and microcomputer. Compared with the traditional x-ray equipment, it has many new functions such as the self-motion exposal, real-time inspecting control and the display of the measure, the alarm of the failure, the automatic disposal. With the advanced technology, it has overcome the deficiencies of the traditional X-ray equipment ,including overweight, big bulk, importable. Equipped with the mobile portable shelf, it is more fit for filed operations .There are following characteristics:
    1. HF and HV(high voltage) x-ray generator
    2. High precision PWM control mode by the analog and digital double-loop control
    3. High precision control of the tube current
    4. Self-protection and self-diagnoses of the failure
