装备管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要
现代高技术的迅猛发展把军队建设引向信息化、一体化的方向。计算机技术是军队现代化建设中不可缺少的核心技术之一,而数据库技术在情报收集分析、情报共享与为指挥员决策提供依据方面更是举足轻重。不但在高端领域如此,在军队的日常管理中,充分利用数据库技术,实现部队管理的自动化也能节约人力物力,提高管理效益,极大地提高部队的战斗力。本论文所设计的武器装备管理系统,实际上就是数据库技术在部队日常的武器装备管理上的应用。采用了安全性较高的三层C/S网络计算模式和ODBC技术,开发平台是功能强大的数据库开发软件Vb6.0,通过该软件的实现,可以实现基层武器装备的自动、实时、高效、全面的管理。本论文按照软件工程的基本原理、基本方法对武器装备管理系统进行设计。着重论述了系统的需求分析和数据库设计,包括系统的数据流图、软件功能结构和软件实现。系统采用面向对象的程序设计软件Vb6.0来实现。Vb6.0功能强大,操作性好,易学好用,可以快速开发出优秀的数据库产品。本文以用户登录和单位信息、装备信息管理3个模块为实例,对系统做了部分编码实现。
The great development of the modern high-tech leads the troops construction to the direction of the information-based, the computer technique is an indispensable core technique in troops modernization construction, and the database technique has played the important role in the intelligence collections and analysis and the intelligence share, at the same time, it can provide the basis for the commander in making policy. Not only in the high level realm, make full advantage of the database technique, realize administrant auto-matization also can save manpower and material resources, improve the benefit of the management, greatly raise the fighting strength of the troops.
     The weapon management system designed in this paper is actually the application of the database technique in the troop usual weapon material management. I have adopted the three layer C/S hierarchy which possessed higher security and the ODBC technique. Use the database development software PowerBuilder as the develop platform. Through the realization of this software, the management of the grass-roots weapon material will turn to m ore automatic, efficiency, real time, and comprehensive.
     The design of the weapon material management system in this article is according to the basic principle of the software engineering, emphasized the demand analysis and the design of the database, include the systemic DFD, software hierarchy, and the software realization.
     The system is designed by Vb6.0 which is a program software,
     The function of which is powerful, the operability is good, and it is easy to learn, what is more, it can develop an excellent database product quickly. And take the customer management module and weapon management module as the example, carried on the coding realization.
