南洋材实木防火门生产技术研究

摘要
门是建筑物的重要组成部分,在人们的生活中具有非常重要的地位。实木防火门是整个门业生产中的一个重要组成部分,它的产量在门业生产中占有相当的比例,因其具有防火阻燃的效能,在保护人们生命财产过程中担负重要作用。
     木质防火门根据耐火极限的不同以及不同的国家标准,分为不同的结构型式和等级并以不同的工艺生产。以南洋材制作的实木防火门在珠江三角洲地区被广泛使用,对南洋材实木防火门生产技术的研究有较高的实用价值。
     本文从分析实木防火门的结构、南洋材的特性入手,较系统的研究了实木防火门生产中木材干燥、门面尺寸精度保证、防火处理、表面涂饰处理等几个关键工序所存在的问题。通过百度法研究南洋材的干燥特性,结合木材含水率在线测量技术,总结出实用可行的干燥基准:通过防火门测试报告分析,确定了保证完整性及隔热性所需具备的基本结构特点;分析各种木器漆的自有特性及施工要求,结合本课题产品的特点,确定使用辊喷联合工艺等。本研究论文明确给出了解决问题的基本方案,制订出了完整的工艺流程,并根据实际情况选配了设备。实践证明,新的工艺流程及配套设备投入生产运行后,取得了较好的效益,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和产品质量,提升了企业的竞争力。
The door as an important part of building, play a very significant role in people life. In entire door industry, the solid wood fire-rated door is a important section, and its production occupy a significant proportion. It also take on a important effect in protecting people life, because its efficiency of fireproofing.
    Basing on different fireproof limit and standard in different countries, the wood fire-rated door is categorized by different configuration and grade, and produced by different techniques. The solid wood fire-rated door, which made by South sea timber, was used widely in Zhu-jiang delta area. So, it has better applied value to research the solid wood fire-rated door made by South sea timber.
    This article, beginning with the structure of solid wood fire-rated door and the character of South sea timber, systemically analyzes some questions consist in several pivotal working procedure (such as wood dryness.. precision guarantee of door size, fireproofing disposal, surface ornament disposal, and so on) in production of solid wood fire-rated door. In this paper we researched dryness character of South sea timber by Bai-du method and summarized feasible dryness norm combining inline measure technology of wood containing water ratio, and we also confirmed structure characters to satisfy integrality and heat insulation by analyzing test report of fire-rated door, at the same time, we decided to use roller-spray associated techniques by analyzing own character and construction request of each carpentry lacquer and combining production character of this task. This thesis given definitely basic project for solving problem and integrated techniques flow, at the same time, we selected equipments according as
     actual instance. After new techniques flow and configure equipments were put into producing, it has gained better benefit, not only could reduce production cost and improve production efficiency and manufacture quality, but also could upgrade competitive strength of enterprises.
