大倾角煤层综采面围岩活动规律与支架适应性研究

摘要
我国大部分矿区转向条件复杂的大倾角煤层开采,但目前大倾角煤层开采的发展水平远低于缓倾斜煤层,仍存在着一系列没有解决的基本技术难题。本论文通过理论分析、实验室相似模拟、数值模拟和现场观测等手段,研究了大倾角煤层围岩运移规律和支架稳定性,针对工作面支架载荷和上下顺槽顶底板移近量进行了监测,探索大倾角煤层顶板岩层变形运移破坏规律及支架围岩相互作用关系,并在此基础上研究大倾角煤层综采面支架稳定性。本论文以此为依据,建立大倾角煤层走向长壁工作面允许采用综合机械化采煤法合理化模型。根据此模型可以检验指定地质技术条件下大倾角工作面是否适合采用综合机械化开采。并为相同条件下煤层开采方法的合理选择,也为大倾角煤层综采面开采提供了理论与实践依据。
Most of the mines begin to mine the high inclined coal seam, but the current level ofdevelopment of high inclined coal seam mining is far below that of the gently inclined coal seam,there are still a lot of unsolved basic technical problems. In this paper, through theoretical analysis,similar simulation, numerical simulation, observation in the working face and other means tostudy the high inclined seam rock movement law and support stability, Through monitoring thesupport load and the roof and floor convergence in the roadways. Explore roof rock deformationand failure law and the interaction between support and rock in high inclined seam and based onthis research support stability of mechanized mining face in high inclined seam. In this paper,establish mechanized mining method rationalization model in high inclined seam longwall face.According to this model the suitability of mechanized mining face under the specifiedgeotechnical conditions in high inclined coal seam can be examined. Provides a theoretical andpractical basis for reasonable choice seam mining methods under the same conditions andmechanized mining face in high inclined seam mining.
