三强纺织有限公司阶段发展的管理创新方案研究

摘要
在当今世界经济日益融为一体的情况下,我国的企业改革不仅要注重从技术改革、产品创新等方面吸取发达国家的经验,还应注意把握世界管理发展的新动态,并将其及时运用于企业的变革中去。一家有着优良的生产设备及产品设计但管理模式陈旧落后的企业,就如同一个身着西装脚穿旅游鞋的人,不仅让别人看着不和谐、别扭,自己运作起来也会有诸多问题和不便。于是管理创新的要求便应运而生。
     三强公司于99年重组,从而抛弃了沉重的债务包袱,并且公司准备投入大量资金进行技术改造,但公司仍然面临着诸如交通不便、质量等多方面问题,其中最严重的是在观念和制度上落后于时代经济发展的要求。随着中国入世,公司将面临着来自国内外的双重竞争,进行管理创新已是大势所趋。
     本论文本着一切从实际出发的原则,从管理创新的角度,结合国内外纺织发展趋势和三强公司具体实力,提出一系列管理创新方案,强调以人为本、信息化、电子化、质量基础的重要性,并把学习型组织引入培训机制,把客户关系管理(CRM)引入市场营销策划方案中,根据企业的人员组成及薪酬状况提出了更适合企业发展的薪水过渡制度,以使该方案更为科学合理。
Today the world is coming to one day by day. We should not only attach importance to absorb the experience from developed country in technical innovation and product creation, but also pay attention to the new trends of management in the world and apply it in our enterprise reform. If a company possesses fine produce equipment and product designs, but has out-of-date management model, as like a man being dressed in Western suits with tour shoes, it seems not harmonious and will cause problems and inconvenience in the course of operation.
    Sanqiang company was formed again in 1999.lt has little debt and prepare to inject plenty of money into technical innovation. However, it also has many problems to solve such as uneasy communication, quality and so on. Most of all, It cann't be in accord with the development of modern economy in notion and system. After taking part in the World Trade Organization, Sanqiang company will face dual competence from home and abroad. It is essential to break new ground on management.
    Accoding to principle that all starts from practice and the angle of management reform, considering the development trends of textile industry at home and abroad and specific power analysis of Sanqiang company, this thesis puts forward a series of plans about management reform, which emphasize the importance of person, information, electrics and quality.Furthermore the learning organization is led into the training.Customer Relationship Management is introduced into marketing strategy .And a new pay transition way which is more suitable for Sanqiang company is put forward according to the staff and actual pay system,then make this plan more scientific and reasonable.
